That is so nice. Being from California which is the polar opposite of Florida it's interesting to see how clean and nice all that is. You would be crawling over homeless and piles of trash using any public transport here.
Awesome, love your travelogues! As for a Brightline from LA to Vegas, I think a high speed train has been in the “planning” stage for about 60 years. Not 1 foot has actually ever been laid. But hope rings eternal! Lots and lots of hope😂 Looking fwd to your boating adventure!

The snorkeling was amazing! We hadn't snorkeled in years and forgot how awesome it can be. We tried key lime pie two ways, regular and as an ice cream bar! So good! Thanks! When I was filming the shot of the train there was so much interference and I lost connection with the drone for about 60 seconds. I thought it was a goner! 😰
@@AdventuresofAplusK Dude I almost lost battery power of my drone while I was filming Haystack Rock on Cannon Beach in Oregon. It was over water and I wasn't paying attention and it said "landing now." I freaked, but luckily I had enough juice left to steer it back over the beach. Lesson learned!

You guys sound so American when you say things like 'Texas isn't too far from Florida'!!! It's SO far by UK standards! 🤣 Also, just how your bus driver came up the bus... and you knew his name 😲You definitely don't get that on TFL London buses! Love that you guys paid the little extra for access to the lounge - sometimes it's very worth it. We just did the same in Sweden where eating out can be pricey and eyeing up the cost of food at airport cafes as we walked past them to the gate, it was more than worth it! Did you guys have a bit of time to kill between the bus and train - even more of a reason to upgrade. Nice to see you guys meeting up with friends with a similar lifestyle again!

He saw our cameras as soon as we got on and he was asking about us and then called us “the vloggers” the rest of the ride lol. Sweden! That sounds fun! We did have a couple hours to kill between the bus and train so it was nice to get the free food and hang out in the lounge!

Dry Tortugas was a possibility, but we decided against it because it would have taken so long to get out there and required near perfect weather days. We’ll have to check it out next time! We had a blast out there!

We've been in Florida for a few weeks and thought we saw you guys the other day 🤣 it wasn't, they were in their van. But they had a dog with them on their adventures too!
Oh how funny! Vanlife would be extra tough in the keys! We noticed in the past that campgrounds are sold out well in advance! Boat life is the way to do it!
Incidentally....speaking as a proud Texas A&M grad, I feel like I need to point out that the Austin airport, Bergstrom....is named after an Aggie! John August Earl Bergstrom was the first Austinite killed in WWII. He was serving at Clark Air Base in the Philippines. Technically Dec 8th, but the PI is on the other side of the International Date Line. The attack on the PI was timed to happen at the same time as the one at Pearl Harbor.

Yes it will be even more awesome when the line is longer! We did check out Biscayne, but unfortunately weren’t able to get a permit to film it 😫 we did get some epic footage from some nearby spots though!

Boat life was awesome! It's nice when the first class option is so cheap! We lathered on the sunscreen and still caught lots of sun!
