How many 3 ft letters can I run in sync without dimming issues?

Depends on bulb wattage, but you should be able to do quite a bit, at least 20-30

@@TheRentalJourney on the wood letters i built from your plans i used rubber fuel line cut to fit the holes to keep my lights in place something like that may help you
