Perfect choices and, respectively, also my ranking too. However, if you had to? Where would you slip in, The Lost Songs 1978-1981? It was refreshing to hear "new" songs so many years after the fact.
Great ranking! Back For The Attack is my favorite Dokken album, followed by Under Lock & Key. Tooth and Nail is great, but I don’t like the production on this first two albums.
Great ranking George Tooth And Nail is my favorite also and I also enjoy Back For The Attack. Erase The Slate is another one I like alot and I think it's underrated.
Great ranking. I don't own all albums so it's hard to rank them but my favourite one is Tooth And Nail OR Under Lock And Key. The new one is very good too and it is a actually better than I expected. I have to find those missing Dokken albums.
Loved those early Dokken albums and the live album that closed off that era. I know nothing of the later stuff I have to admit. Saw them live once in the UK back in 86 opening for Accept, they were excellent. 1. Tooth And Nail 2. Under Lock And Key 3. Back From The Attack 4. Breaking The Chains
Dokken is my favorite album an I feel back for the attack, tooth and nail,up from the ashes amazing under lock And key, your 1 thru 3 absolutely no filler those are great albums,Jon norum is from Europe
Hi George!!! Well done and so cool to see and hear your thoughts on the band and good idea to show the first Don Dokken solo album, that one should have been the next album after "Back......". i'm a big Dokken fan, really love their first four studio albums, to me "Tooth...." is their heaviest release, i really like their kind of comeback album, "Lightning...." is the last great one. Unfortunately to me, his voice is so weak now if you compare to the other singers from the 80's (well except V. Neil, lol.....) Anyhow i still need to get back in my collection "Beast from ....", "Breaking...." and "Tooth...." cheers and be well
Jon norum is on long way home ,hell to pay is the start of Jon Levin In my opinion shadowlife I used to not like shadowlife but it is starting to grow on me ,hell to pay I really like ,now their is a song called dance, the irish song is the bonus track on long way home the Japanese version that is the only song on long way home with Jon Levin, Jon norum is on the American version of long way home now lightning strikes again I believe is rite up their with some of the best it is fantastic
@@georgegsroomofrock9868 yes very hard to beat I do like lightning strikes again In my opinion that album is every bit as good as back for the attack ,tooth and nail, and under lock And key,I just don't think alot of fans give the other albums after back for the attack a chance
You said you really like erase the slate look up the song upon your lips it a bonus tracks on the Japanese copy I believe their is another and their is a song called forever more on when heaven comes down, and sunset superstar on lightning strikes again also a bonus track on the Japanese version give them a listen
I would love to see you rank all of Dokken’s Live Albums

I own the first 4 albums, I’ve never listened to anything past those. I would rank the first 4 in the same order. Tooth and Nail is excellent.
Yup Tooth and Nail ya just can't beat! Thanks my friend!
Good album ranking mine first four are close to yours but the rest would vary
Not surprised that you'd also pick their early albums also! They are hard to beat!
