Every one of these climbers are more expensive than most traditional climbers- with a top and a bottom. I understand the you have to add a brace for torsion, but that doesn't cost as much to produce as a whole climbing stand seat. It is a good idea- but prices need to come down. There are so many other ways to climb that are cheaper.
Theres another self-climbing platform coming out any day now called the Panther quick climb. These types of products are going to revolutionize saddle hunting.
@@reviveoutdoors4him Lots of good thoughts! If you want to review the different climbing platform options, you might want to consider the lean ascent alpha from Osprey Outdoors. Seems to be available, and to pack more features at a more affordable price.
Great question! We actually forgot to record how it cams over. You use a strap or amsteel like a traditional stand via that versa button on the post and disconnect the climber cable.
I like the idea. I dont like strapping my feet in. I use my summit base the same way. Id like to see one of these with the ability to level in on any tree and needs to be able to fit any tree i can wrap my arms all the way around. Dont mean to sound negative.
You won’t be disappointed! Be sure to plug in that REVIVE code so they know you watched our episode! 2 great young men that have made a great product! Thanks for watching!

@@GSARGENTOUTDOORS good feedback. I am sure it has to do with american made and the material vs something like a summit style

Why the X shape? Just make a smaller climber bottom and be done with it .
At 400$ can I at least get a lawn seat since this is just a platform
Very cool. When caming over would that put pressure on the connection on the rope on the platform. Looks great 👍

Great idea keeping the tether connected to the platform with the rope like my climber, but its on the back side of the tree, very slick.
