Hi Keav just really discovered your channel a week or so ago and i have to compliment you you do a fabulous job Ive also been bing watching all your older video lots of great info there Just wondering if it was in one of them you suggested how to buy the IK foam pro 12 at the best price I thought you said after using all these different discount codes you could get the unit for around $100 with free shipping wondering if Im dreaming since I cant seem to find it again in any of your videos also wondering why you would consider building a Keg spayer thats more expensive and heavier then the IK pro 12. even that is probably over kill for my needs but since its not much more expensive then the smaller IK sprayer with the battery air compressor added and when you use the 12 only half filled and fill with an air compressor which I already have and it will run so much longer thought that might be a better idea although may be not quite as convient or as easy to use in tight places as the smaller one without that long wand thanks for any help you an offer keep up the great work bob t.
DIY detail used to sell them and with my discount they would be around $100. They don’t sell other brands products much anymore mainly due to not having room for inventory, but they have a bigger warehouse now so maybe they will start carrying them again. If you have an IK 12 I see no reason for a detail keg you could modify with a tire inflator so you don’t need to fill with air. IK actually does make a keg like sprayer as well that tiny and ppf guys use, but it’s like $300. Main reason for kegs is just capacity you can put 3 gallons in one and have 2 full gallons of air displacement. You can do multiple cars without filling with air. Hey Keav, unrelated to the video but what do you think is the safest way to remove light dust from a car besides fully washing it? I notice after I wash my car, even if I leave it in my garage for only a day/overnight a light layer of dust forms and I would like to remove that safely without have to wash it all over again.
If it’s just a day’s worth of light dust, you can just use your handheld dryer / shop blower (as long as you keep garage clean, otherwise dust will show up again). If you have a dust problem, the solution is an air filter. Like one for a wood shop. Or you can make a cheap one with a box fan with a high merv hvac filter rubber banded to it.

Sorry to ask this question here. I am trying to find a home for a Bigboi blower (the larger model), and a Kenzie TST1122 all in one pressure washer, and a Vyoer Chair. All specialty items. Any ideas on where to find interested people other than Facebook.
Again thanks for your help on these recommendations.
@@26-CJ I only really know of Facebook Marketplace or the detailing Facebook groups that are for selling used equipment. Rinseless Wash chemicals should have no impact on the Solo at all. They are almost water like with just polymers and some surfactants.
@@CarsWithKeav 👍🏼. These measuring pro blend proportioners. Are they safe to leave attached to the bottles or do you remove yours when done. Mostly concerned with the product staying fresh inside the bottle.
@@26-CJ It has a cap at the top to keep it air tight. I always leave them on, it have gone away from using them to using pump dispensers and storing bulk dilutions.
I have been thinking about doing this with the Milwaukee sprayers? Have you checked them out?
I have not tried any Milwaukee yet I’m deep into the Ryobi Battery Ecosystem.
@@CarsWithKeav that's right I totally forgot that about you. Sorry bro.
Interior cleaning next?
I hate interior cleaning. 🤣
When will you be receiving your Active 2.3 unit? Highly anticipated review.
Should be here either Friday or Monday.
On sale again! Is urs still running strong ?
Running like a champ!
Can this be used to rinse the car with water after contact wash? How much refill it may need to rinse a sedan?
You could won’t have much pressure to make sure you get everything off. Normally take 5 gallons to rinse a car. So refill twice probably.
Seems like this is the new Keg Killer for the price.
Have not tried a keg before yet to know how they compare.
Hi keav, can you do a rinseless comparison between diy, onr, absolute, etc. with a control distilled, a light colored microfiber towel, and a bigger buckets with proper dilutions? I saw a video on another channel but I think the cups were too small, and towel was too big for the cup to get a more accurate real world result. Thanks! More power to your channel
I would have to force myself to like rinseless wash first. 🤣 Of course you never know when I run out of foamers and pressure washers to review. Eddie from EC details did the cup test he is the rinseless Jedi I’ve been trying to get him to redo that video with buckets.
Really appreciate the kind words as well!
@@CarsWithKeav boy, you are sure fast with responses thanks so much I thought your video was the one dont know whether you went back and edited your original video since I couldn't find it again when I looked but if its not available really doesn't matter unless they like you say start carrying different products again because bigger they now have a bigger new wharehouse I can always dream
Do you by chance have an email or cell number I can text you at since I have a few more questions about products I would like your thoughts on. before you ask no I am not on any social media at all and probably never will be I dont feel the need to tell the world anything about my private life call me old school but that the way I feel
thanks again for taking your time to help me out much appreciated bob t

That's going in my cart now. You sir are an angel lol
Hope you enjoy it.
@@CarsWithKeav I started watching other pump sprayer reviews lol and since I don't do too many exteriors yet. I opted for the Marolex Industry 1000.
@@CelticInteriorShine Whatever is best for you and your situation. Only you can truly make that decision. At least now you know your options when expanding for the future.
@@CarsWithKeav absolutely, thanks for the great content
Hey Keav, unrelated to the video but what do you think is the safest way to remove light dust from a car besides fully washing it? I notice after I wash my car, even if I leave it in my garage for only a day/overnight a light layer of dust forms and I would like to remove that safely without have to wash it all over again.
Waterless wash will do the trick. I use it all the time for that. A light rinseless will work as well.
@@armandosinger Yeah, Ill hit it with my compressor air real quick to get that floating dust off.
I bought one but the e battery depletes itself after couple weeks. Maybe mine is defective?
Reach out to them they have a warranty and customer service is usually pretty good. Mine I have not noticed much change in battery life.
@@CarsWithKeavThank you 😊
Hey Keav, Home Depot has a Ryobi One+ 1 gal sprayer for 90 bucks with battery/charger. Do you have any experience with that one?
I have one from a few years ago it doesn't have anywhere near the pressure this thing does. I tried to do insecticide with it, but it has sat on the shelf only after a few uses. I may have gotten a dud, but it doesn't spray good. It could have improved over the years though.
I think I like this thing!
It’s pretty good.
How’s it holding up with DIY rinseless. Just ordered 😂
Working like a champ.
@@CarsWithKeavI’m thrilled to hear it! I have pump sprayers but I honestly believe this will increase efficiency even more! Thank you!
@@kristofferpence This thing is a beast with rinseless wash. I think it has more pressure than a Keg sprayer, but obviously not as robust or durable.
@@CarsWithKeavmost likely. But I’m sure it’s better than my Husqvarna pump sprayer lol
@@kristofferpence I think it would be.
You had no problem adding the rinseless wash in the sprayer, correct?
None at all used it just last night on my wife’s car as I had my pressure washer unhooked to make another video. Sprays so good!
@@CarsWithKeav A waterless wash should work just as well don’t you think?
@@billbuss7542 Don’t see why not it’s not a harsh Chemical that actually is probably less harmful than Tap water.
Loom at you becoming a rinseless guy
🤫🤫🤫🤣🤣🤣
I'd like to see a bit more durable hose. Otherwise, that's some great bang for your buck.
Agreed, cool thing is you can replace the hose with something else if needed. It’s just slipped on there. One day there will be a product that has everything we want, but then we’ll figure something that would be better still. 🤣🤣🤣
@@CarsWithKeav always! 😆
Not bad at all.
Agreed, it’s a viable solution.
#EnglishIsHard lol. Great stuff as always Keav!
It’s difficult for sure 🤣
Mine started leaking badly the second time I used it. Now unusable. I bought two. Afraid to try the second one. Very disappointed, nice when it worked. You might want to save your money until they correct the problem.
They have very little complaints on this unit and it has a stellar rating so not sure there is much to correct. There will always be a few units that have issues and you unfortunately pulled the short straw on that unit. Hate that happened to you they do have great customer service.
@@CarsWithKeav I’ve been very disappointed with their customer service. Don’t seem interested in correcting the problem.
@@billbuss7542 Well that sucks. Hate you are having such a bad experience.
@@CarsWithKeav Yes I’ve purchased a lot of Fanttik products and never had a problem with any of them before. I guess you learn a lot about a company when you have a problem and how they respond.
The slinky got you😜😜
It sure did. 🤣
Put the tank on a detail cart.
That’s a great idea!
First!!!
🏆🏆
Way too expensive
It’s not cheap, but for me worth it for the efficiency and how it performs. We all value that different which is great because there are so many options out there.
The spillage is real 😅 Man it should be called,,The Fatnik" 🫃 I always want to bas my head against the wall when I fill the container first with foaming chemical and then with water 🥲
I never think about those little thing like adding chemicals last to avoid the spillage and foam. 🤣
