Hi Keav, thanks for purchasing our product! This NB8 Fold is our newest model of portable pressure washer and we truly appreciated your trying and reviews with it. As for some key points you mentioned in the video, which are truly helpful, we will get these back to our R&D Department soon to get some essential improvements and updates! Thanks again for your support!🙌
Your channel is underrated, your one of the only detailers I see actually using innovative methods, or testing stuff to improve workflows, and processes, which is really beneficial, im always looking for methods to improve.
Also Keav I'm so glad you use rinsless a lot more, isn't it convenient when your car is just lighty soiled? Watching you go more rinsless is like watching Luke go to the dark side from a proud Vader's father perspective 🥹
Back when I still did rinse less I used a ryobi ez clean to spray the car down with the 2 liter bottle attachment or a siphon in a 5 gallon pale for dirtier washes. The shower setting was great for getting rinseless on the car and turbo or 15 degree setting let me hit more soiled areas. Same principle as these but with much better pressure. I think you reviewed one? What was nice about it was I could use very hot tap water which really helped rinsing away grime and especially salt.
Yes, Ryobi Ez Clean is a great solution for this and I love mine. I was trying to find an easier all in one solution. Takes time to get the Ryobi out and of course battery charged.
Keav does rinseless!!! Another honest review - really wanted this to work b/c the added pressure would be cool over a sprayer. Maybe i need to look into the keg sprayer.....
Converted to the dark side. 🤣 their tank sprayer I showed in the video is really good and close to detail keg performance. Detail Kegs are great though as well you just need that air source to fill up.
So Keav... I do a majority of my washes with rinseless. I prepare stores of filtered water, that i use . Seeing this, if i do use a bucket wash, is this thing strong enough to do a final rinse?
It does decent job at rinsing. I think something like a Ryobi ez clean would be better then you could just put the feed hose in the stored water and just go spraying. I’m going to try a new product they have that is 4 gallon capacity with 700 psi which might be the the perfect size and performance.
@@CelticInteriorShine The amount of times I needed an old product to do a comparison or answer a question about that product is way more than I thought. Every once in awhile if it’s really expensive and I need the money for research in a cart project I’ll sell it. I’m done doing product giveaways too much to do so now for milestones the giveaways will be donations to charity. Preferably ones that support detailers in some way like the pay it forward program at Phoenix EOD. I’ll announce this soon.
Thanks for the review Keav. This thing is definitely not something I would purchase. My standard practice of using a hand-held sprayer for the rinseless pre-soak and a Chemical Guys bucket for the contact wash is a much better overall system. Keep up the great work.
Yup, sometimes things are too good to be true. I use their tank style sprayer I showed in the video of a hand sprayer just due to capacity. I use my Chemical guys bucket as well love them.
I highly recommend anyone who needs to travel, invest in some five gallon Scepter water jugs/cans for their water containment needs and they come in four colors to aid in coordinating types of water. This would be a second component to the tools you described in your video Keav.
Yup, went to the dark side, but I still foam and rinse beforehand. Looking that up it’s close to the same seems Karcher kept to the original bottle unit with the pump and sprayer. Fanttik with with a higher pressure sprayer and hose along with the foam dispenser. Overall they look the same. Karcher shows less capacity, but they may actually be stating useable capacity. More than likely Karcher is producing these for Fanttik.
I'm looking to get a battery foamer as opposed to using the pressure washer. I've watched some of your videos, but what do you recommmend? I dont need anythig super expensive.
I am actually really liking this one right now as I am testing it out, but have no review on it yet. amzn.to/3XSfdas Problem is these are not great at covering a whole car like a foam cannon can. For the smaller size and not expensive an IK foam pro with an inflator works the best. Here is a video I did creating them. th-cam.com/video/u6Ci3Qs5_48/w-d-xo.htmlsi=JuzpbLaGMhvIqnQQ
So it suctions from the bottom where the emulsified dirt collects and then blasts it at your car. And it holds less that 4 gallons And when you’re ready to hit the other side of the car, you have to lift a flimsy bucket with no handle. Does it even have a grit guard?
Yeah, not designed for dirty water and it has a filter, but it couldn’t stop a grain of salt. No grit guard as it wasn’t designed for car washing. It does have a handle though. They have a lot to improve for it to be a Rinseless solution.
Keav doing more rinseless? What is this world coming too? Let me 👀 outside to see if hell is freezing over. 😂😂😂😂😂great video/ content! ❤ your channel you always have great topics/ subjects
Nice! I’ll probably build or buy one to review at some point. IK also makes a more metal type sprayer for tint and ppf that would probably work for Rinsless as well.
@@CarsWithKeav I would build one, they are solid and it would make good content. I have had mine for 7 years or so and it’s working as good as day 1. I use a foam tip for rinse less .
Keav, can you “clean” that black panel with the DIY detail flag tipped green brush and then show us what it looks like with an actual paint inspection light? It’s just hard to believe that brush is safe on paint.

@@CarsWithKeav I understand man. I remember you saying you were gonna put that panel through its paces. If anything just polish a corner and test it with the brush lol
My Ik foamer especially with DIY Detail Rinseless foams quite well at 32:1 as a pretreat. I still like the foam cannon methods though for my pre-treat. Not a full convert yet just my contact method is rinseless instead of spotless rinse and leaf blowing.
Somebody else mentioned that. The bucket and base look very similar, but the hose and sprayer is different. I think Karcher might be producing these for Fanttik.
It’s a bottle proportioner you can get 12 bill for around $38 or buy individual from Obsessed Garage and other sites. I prefer bulk so I don’t have to cross contaminate. They come in quart bottle sizes like in this video and for gallons jugs as well. Small bottle amzn.to/4d0KLjv Gallon bottle amzn.to/4d2a7hc
The dirty solution in the bucket will be going back on the car using a sponge or mitt anyway. any large debris 'should' be being filtered out by the machine before it gets to the pump, if not it will probably kill it.
Agreed, but usually more dirt settles to the bottom and the filter on this thing couldn’t stop much of anything. So it would be shot at the car or as you explain kill the pump. Much less dirt hits the surface using Rinseless as it’s main strength is extracting the dirt form the wash media. So the concentrated amount from the pump at the bottom I think would be significantly more than what the wash media would do. Of course just my theory.
I’m confused at what you are using this for? To replace a chemical sprayer to apply rinse less wash? As a pressure washer? As a foam cannon? Or everything?
@@KosmicHRTRacingTeam The idea was to use as an all in one unit. It can spray your rinsless product and be your bucket for the wash media. Also, giving you the ability to have some pressure to get some dirt off the surface in areas it collects more. Agreed, Ryobi EZ Clean is so good for this. Was hoping a smaller and lighter solution like this would work, but they got some work to do to especially the nozzle patterns and needs a sealed lid.
I think the idea is a really good one for rinseless washing, but the implementation is... not so good. You can do this with a 5 gallon bucket from your local big box store and a ryobi ez clean for like 105ish bucks before tax.
Ryobi Ez clean with battery and almost every accessory is $199 as well. I live mine. Was hoping this would be a solution for a smaller and lighter solution, but they missed the mark. A sealed lid and a few other improvements plus a price reduction and this would be a viable solution.
It’s such a good idea but the execution on the hose and gun looks cheap, does it feel like something that would last? I like the idea of putting a little pressure to rinseless though. The way I do it now is pre-spray with rinseless, wash it down with my pressure washer (turned off), then spray rinseless again for the contact wash. Combining steps 1 & 2 would save some time and water.
It’s cheaply feeling. Hose would last for sure the gun I wouldn’t drop too much. Needs a sealed lid as well. I’m not a full convert I still foam and rinse with my pressure wash as use rinseless as much contact method.
this would be a great ad for a rideshare driver to have in their car if they drive at night when people get sick out the windows of there cars too bad the price is so high.
