I think it’s more because the instructions printed on most pasta or sauce packaging says to just cook it for a few mins and then throw in everything else then let it cook for 15-20 mins and its done. Not everyone has time I guess to do the long hours of cooking. I have tried both long and short cooking hours and the sauce that has been cooked for longer hours tasted way better.
@@ChefCsKitchen And ground meat itself has moisture, and a lot are usually afraid to go high flames cooking it out of fear that it may burn bad, it will burn if you dont stir it enough, it will steam and boil itself if you stir it constantly. Meat particles sticking is normal (unless you are using teflon pans) but it will scrape off easy once you add liquid to it like wine or canned tomatoes etc.

A lot of households dont singe their ground meat long enough, just as they change color to light brown, they immediately pour their tomato sauce.

@@rdu239 Thats true Sir, that’s why its either you need to cook it on high flame or cook it in batches so that you dont end up steaming it.
