I've been making my own teas for a while now but I always try to watch as many videos as I can - just in case there's something new I haven't heard of yet. So many methods and so little time to test them. The new info I have learned from your clip is using oatmeal to raise the fungal content. After watching some Elaine Ingham (I think I spelled her name right)stuff it seems that the fungal component is incredibly important so any way I can improve that is something I want to do. Have you tested your teas to confirm what the added oatmeal does or is it just something you heard about and decided to try? Anyhow, thanks for giving me something to study up on. And just so you know, you have now made it all the way to Australia - where I am. Well done.
