Nice work, That’s a lot of work to keep it clean though, I barely touch my pond, drum, shower and big moving bed looks after itself.

Thanks Jamie - yeah it is the downside of my system, one day I might have less to do, money allowing

"Maybe I an lazy". LOL! How much time do you spend on your weekly cleaning routine? I spend 2-4 times 10 minutes. 4 times only in the peek of summer. Great vid as always Andy.😀👍

Cheers mate - yeah, it takes a while - about 1hr 30 once a week, then 15 minutes flushing the tempest on two other days, and a couple of 5 mins skimmer basket checking/emptying. I did used to do the 'big' clean twice a week, but I don't think it actually made things better and sucked the joy out of the hobby a bit!

@@TheGingerPondkeeper I do spend more time than that on my hobbies. It is just that I need to get efficient, get the time down on one hobby before I can start another one. There was a time long time ago when the pond took almost all my spare time. I know the feeling, took the Joy out of it.😀👍

Hi, I honestly can't remember where I got the waders friend, I got them years ago for fishing, I could do with higher ones as I have to drop the pond depth a little each time as otherwise the water comes over the side of them!
