Yes, you can have unlimited landing pages and offers even with the basic plan, so that should be no problem! I always recommend to get on a trial and check it out to ensure it's all you want/need!
Does Kajabi have a community portion where students can interact with eachother, upload photos of their progress, and haver interaction w/ the teacher?
