"Sorry theres no money left" - note left to the tories by the previous Labour government in 2010 "Golden inheritance" dont make me laugh! These lot so crooked they could sleep on a spiral staircase
It may help the public purse if MP's reduced their expenses claims, and agreed to PAYE in line with the rest of us prolls. we must ALL tighten our belts !!!
And why will Sky not ask Streeting about the ridiculous PFI contracts that the last Labour government left us and are still being paid off, probably by my grandchildren?
Privatisation is the end game. It started in 2000, and is still ongoing. 2014 an entire directorate in the forensic division was disbanded due to Privatisation. It is, and will be the end game.
Plenty of other well run health systems have a degree of privatisation - it doesn't have to look like the US system. I always ask myself if the NHS model is so good why don't more countries adopt it.
These three big shifts they want, 1 hospital to community = the footings of bringing in 15 min cities. 2 shift to analog to digital = bringing in a health app / passport system which will be the start of the id system that blair wanted and will be in its self the footing of a digital wallet for the future cbdc. 3 deal with the sickness in our society = giving out if not mandating certain vaccines in the future ie the new mrna cancer drugs. In other words; going to cost us more, take away more of our freedoms, usher in privatisation of the nhs and doing as the wef wants. He says hes not going to pour more money into a broken model so that will be going to the private healthcare system. Wheres this money coming from? What else are they going to cut next?
Same problem again, not patient focused. Get a patient of the NHS to review it not a doctor and a politician. No changes coming then. Just more social media catch phrases
22b black hole? Yet countries like Germany, Sweden, Spain and Finland has a wealth tax for assets for example over 4 million in wealth they pay taxes, if we do this this can raise up to 50b maybe more?
Shocking NHS waist. Why pay 10-times more for the same product, that’s what the NHS trusts are accused of doing by a former NHS inspector speaking on the BBC Radio this morning ?
Need to be very careful with pensions and tax, the last thing the NHS needs is mass flight or retrial from senior clinicians because it does not pay to work or save.
Have less faith than ever in these current batches of politicians! (in both major parties) 🙁 I'd reckon the October budget is going to be catastrophic for our nations collective mental health! 🤷🏻♂️
So 3 Shifts, let's see anything that will HELP a fellow Citizen is more than Welcomed & after all this Guys has given the Medical Profession the Cash they wanted. Why, do i always get the feeling when i See/Hear STREETING offering his Wisdom he's got a Big Fall coming. Hmmm lets see.
We paid 7.2 billion last year in foreign aid to other countries, that's a large chunk of it. Huge salaries civil servants. Biggest pay rises last year in 20 years.
Impressive start, finally the right mindset to get the NHS back on track. It is outrageous and criminal what the Conservatives did to our NHS. Pensioners use the NHS too. The NHS has some of the most talented and hardworking managers, who could easily write a report this fast because they are passionate and committed...not the sort to have birthday parties during lockdown, KB. Some people do their job as they are instructed!
So speaks another deluded Labour voter. you skip the impact of COVID, you skip the impact of these political strikes by doctors and nurses. You skip over the removal of winter fuel allowance You are a bunch of Weasels.
The biggest budget crippler still are the PFI contracts that was inherited from the last Labour government. Not to mention the impact of an amnesty to all those illegals by Blair. Whilst Brown was pocketing cash from the Russian banks.
Health care needs providing. One big insurance company basically the government is more powerful than many small ones. So how is it more affordable adding shareholders? Do they mean more profitable?
Yet failed to mention the PFI contracts that are crippling NHS Trusts budgets. Ooh! Who created those contracts whilst pocketing cash from the Russian banks?
PFI contracts. Amnesty to illegals and the impact on NHS. Political strikes planned by Liebour prior to the election. 2009 Recession. Darling's austerity policy inherited by Osbourne. Its liebourfilth that needs to be brought to account.
Yah. Mess Mess Mess. Sure. U dont even have a calculator that can do the actual math. U can say this u can say that When i go to the Doctor the ground staff stand in the way of Diagnosis They Choose War. I Choose War Choose Ukraine.
We went from hopes, dreams, and promises to excuses really damn quick.
Well they did say they had a fully costed plan!

Please, Sky, seriously review your presenters.
Yeah she's a joke of a presenter literally answered the question then asked the same question again.

The "no money left" note was a long standing tradition that Cameron used as a political stunt.

@JoeWedgwood-ik9zo no, no it wasn't.

Remind me who has been in power in Wales for the past 25 years??...
It may help the public purse if MP's reduced their expenses claims, and agreed to PAYE in line with the rest of us prolls. we must ALL tighten our belts !!!
Why should we all tighten our belts ? We've been doing that for years and getting ripped off for it

To call them the Labour Party is an affront.
Tory light with a dash of authoritarianism.

Lots of talk, no action

Jeez, and the self congratulations for literally just commissioning a report. They have no idea.
No apologies for Privatisation of the Nhs
How is breaking up a powerful body and adding shareholders more sustainable?
Every time they mention £22 billion Diane Abbott comes to mind
I now feel emotionally altered

What about the state of the NHS in Wales under a Labour govt for years. It’s even worse here.
In Parliament yesterday, Labour said Wales didn't have a problem.
