Sheffield Wednesday's hopes of ending a 16 year absence from English football's top-flight were dashed at Wembley Stadium by Hull City in 2016 Championship Play-Off Final.
The Owls just couldn't cap off a great season with one last victory as they suffered heartbreak at the hands of the Tigers when Mohamed Diame smashed in the game's only goal with 18 minutes remaining.
