There’s something delicate and peaceful about how this is shot considering how incredibly violent that machine is capable of being. The contrast makes me breath deeply and happily.
The best part is that it looks like an old Japanese guy that just knows he’s boss on the road. I can imagine some young guy with the latest gtr and this man comes across and totally burns up the road and spins circles like a master driver.
It's weird how this car seems to sound like it always wants to go faster. You hear Ferraris, F1s, Porsches, but the sound THIS makes is just a constant "Go faster" sound, almost like a ghost, begging for it's full potential
I had a car with those qualities. It hated you if you weren’t doing at least 100mph cruising speed. This GTR was built for speed and won’t be happy cruising. It only sounds calm when the gas is wide open.
Holy jeebus. This thing has its own sound track - no background music needed. What a symphony of sounds this car gives you. From the spool of the turbo to the gears crashing on every gear change, and that motor sound. Such a gorgeous example of a GT-R.
That poor white R34 in the tunnel :( The genius behind the design of the R32-R34 is an absolute god. These body styles are by far the most amazing lines on the planet. Now that the R34 is legal in the states and my dumb ass has a loan on a 2014 Maxima, I'm kicking myself everyday I wake up. That pull from 3rd to 4th in the tunnel with the dash view made me cry. The amount of joy it must give to drive this machine at any given time. I tear from how lucky this guy is. Being 47 and in love with the Skyline since an issue of Car n Driver from the 90s when I seen a picture of a Nissan Skyline R32 and the captain read, "The Nissan Skyline R32, it dines on Porsches." And it's all I dreamt about until I seen the R34. When the 02 Maxima came out, I got one cuz of the headlights looking similar to an R34s. Then I realized the potential of the 6mt and have owned four 2002 6mt Maximas in the past 15yrs. The Skyline will always be the most aggressive looking beast on the road in my opinion. Any year and any R model just says, "Rwwwwaaarrrr" when you look at it head on. This guy is living my life time dream and it's just a regular everyday thing in Japan. Just the opportunity to own, drive, and see all the Spec models would be worth moving my life to Japan. Possibly get the chance to see 1 of the 20 400Rs out there lol. Just a ride in an R34 would probably make me break down lol. There's nothing in my life I'm more passionate about than the Skyline. If you could see just 1 of my curio cabinets that are filled with 100s of Hot Wheels and every other brand of R34s, you'd agree lol. I cannot stop watching this video and I keep turning it up louder everytime I watch it and my eyes are soaked from that cars sound and how it's being driven. That guy is so damn lucky, I think that's what gets me, the appreciation for how lucky he is and what I'd be feeling if I was him. I see there's a video with an R34 also.... I'm gonna need tissues lmao!!! When I win the lottery I'm having these guys team up with Nismo to build my R34. Someday.... someday...

The sound of that turbo from 4:30 on is the incredible. I had a smile on my face the entire video. This is why I don’t like blow off valves, you lose that turbo sound when lifting and shifting. Best video imo that they have made.
The reason some ppl have blow off valves is bc they don't want the sound of the turbo to over power the sound of the engine and exhaust so they but the valves one to slightly dampin the sound

@ 外品のブローオフバルブの音です。アクセルを踏んでスロットルを開けてる間はターボでエンジンに圧力を送っているのですがアクセルを放してスロットルを閉じた瞬間送っていた無駄な圧力を直接外に放出する時に出る音です。こうすることによってタービンへの負担を軽減させます。メーカーによって音が違います。1発でパシューンと抜ける音もあればこの32のようにシュルルルルルと徐々に抜けていく音があります。この音がかっこいいんですよね♪♪
