Hi. I bought the Adidas Runfalcon 5, but since I've been wearing them I've been having discomfort in my back and ankle. I don't know if it's because I've been training for a long time with shoes without cushioning and these have. I wanted to know if these are very cushioned? Do you recommend them for exercise, I do high intensity workout type routines.
Probably so! You change the entirety of your mechanics when swapping in drastically different stack heights and drops. These have a higher density and may be worth trying, imo. If you want to save money before buying, though, I’d swap back in your less cushioned shoes to see if that helps. If it does, then we have good data to make more informed buying decisions!
@@thatfitfriend Thanks for the advice, these days I have used mine without cushioning and the pain has disappeared, but they are breaking so I have to buy new ones and those now also come with more cushioning, I think I'll try these Adidas, thanks for the help.
@@thatfitfriend Hello again. Sorry to bother you again, I have looked for the shoes on the island I live and I can not find them I have to send them to order online, and I wanted to ask you if it has much arch? I have a small arch in my leg, and I'm hesitating between these or the Adidas Rapidmove, since I have to order them online I prefer to make sure they won't bother me.
@@TodoFriQuiz Not a bother at all. I'd probably go Rapidmove in that context. They'll have a less pronounced arch and should break in better than the Everyset which have a denser midsole (firmer feeling arch)!
great review Jake! Staying in the Adidas realm, which one would you pick: Everyset or Trainer V? In the context of "traveling and you gotta pick only one shoe to walk around and train". Thanks!
Hi, Are these good for skipping rope?? I want one for overall training some Hiit, Gym training & skipping rope. Should i go for these?? If not which one would you recommend?
How do they compare to the Nike Air Monarch IV. They are 6 year old, but there are many videos on TH-cam that monarch are the best training shoes. I have both options for the same price almost, just want to know which one is better for Strength training and normal daily wear Getting everyset for 55 dollars, monarch for 63 dollars
@@thatfitfriend Thanks, Am also confused between Nike MC Trainer 2 and Everyset. Which are better for Strength training, and for daily wear how is the durability?
I got the Adidas Everyset Trainer Shoes Original for 33.5 USD ...in India(converted from Rupees to Dollars).. Is it a Worthy Purchase as I was much confused between the NikeMC trainer,Puma Fuse 2.0,Nike legend essential series... EDIT: Stability and balance during movements,Good traction during heavy lifting,Good ankle support. Please reply 🙏🏻..
Between these and the Nike MC trainer 2, for all around crossfit/training/daily walk, which would you recommend? (I do prefer the slimmer look of the Nike i think)
Hi Jake! I really appreciate with the shoes review you had done so far, I enjoy it, thank you ^_^ however, with the budget and my workout intensity (generalist, not too heavy, indoor) my options fall to Nike legend essential 3 and Adidas everyset. Between those two, which one is more durable?
@@thatfitfriend Thank you! I finally bought the everyset after I read your replies in comment section 😄 turns out everyone has been asking the same question
Hi Jake, which shoe would you recommend between Everyset shoe and Fluidflow 3.0 shoe? I have this mild heel pain, probably plantar fasciitis, and I am looking for a comfortable, budget friendly training shoe. Thanks in advance..
What would u recommend for a complete begineer who gonna do cross training, lunges, plyo, hypothepy and training to be a athelete? I been wearing some pegasus 38 that a half size 2 big and everything fine till i do lunges. Also hope to see your thoughts on the UA Dyanmic select Adidas rapidmove models And the brand new nike training shoe with full length zoom???😮 You are like the only reviewer i seen who does and supplies so many reviews on these shoes and offer tips 2. Thank u so much man
I'd get something like the Everyset or an older UA TriBase Reign model. These should have good price points and will be good "generalist" training shoes. Dynamic is meh due its lacking upper security, rapidmove are okay but a little plush for lifting, and I'd pass on those Nikes! At the end of the day, I wouldn't overthink it. As a beginner, you'll learn fast what you like and don't like and the best way to know this is try to out different things!
This or haze? I have a pair of 1 year old haze but the mesh near the heel area is torn and lost bits of foam. Not confident in the haze's durability. Do you think this is more durable than the haze?
Prob about the same sense it's a budget model, but a lot of that depends on your training. I love my Haze, but yeah, their durability can lack at times. What do you use them for?
@@thatfitfriend I just use them in the gym or just casual shoes for walking about. never run in them. The heel area in my haze got damaged because I'm too lazy to lace/unlace so I just slip in/out of those shoes, and I guess the friction from my heel just tore it. Do you think the everyset will have this issue? Never had it happen on other shoes before
It's kinda funny that on Adidas's website they mentioned it as Wide fit. I was considering this but went ahead and bought Nike Free Metcon 5 because it was on sale at the time and it was hard to pass up. If you were to compare this to Free Metcon 5's width is the Everyset narrower? As always very detailed review. Thank you! 👍
Looks like a great shoe for everyday wear. IMO most shoes have just gone too soft and squishy. Have you any idea what the grip is like on wet surfaces like footpaths?
Great review! Would you happen to have an opinion on how the Adidas Rapidmove Training shoes stacks up against the "Everyset". They seem to be the same shoe except for the soles. I'm on the fence between these two and would love to hear your thoughts. Thank you!
Um between him and nike legend nature essential 3 for gym use with moderate weight lifting and cardio/hiit afterwards, can you give me some clarification about whats it?
@@thatfitfriend thank you sir, i was worried about stabilization cause the nike seems to be more stable for my leg routine, thanks for the clarification
