    Great explanation, very natural delivery. Don't change your style.
    Another tip to help prevent chip out, especially in wild grain, is wet the wood prior to running through the planer or router, most times it really helps!

    Great video - I picked up like a dozen process pointers from it!

    I also like the moving the pattern to the router vs. the other way around.

    Great video. Curious why you only used 9 stripes and not 13?

    Scott, I think the content and explanation is good. I'm thinking about the previous question and I'm guessing you a recording with a non hd camera?

    What would you charge to make me a set of these patterns. Im very new to wood working and unfortunately i dont have all the gee wizz cool stuff yet but this looks like a fun challenge if i had the templates.

      $100 bucks should cover it. I am thinking about making a more detailed video course with plans - that would be much less. maybe $25 but will take a while to put together.

    If it is a perfect fit before you add the walnut how can it be a perfect fit after adding say 8 x 1/28 veneers.

      The veneer is 1/42" thick and the flex in the wood allows for the seams to remain tight.

    your videos are cool, but why do they look so old?

    • @imaginegrove
      @imaginegrove  8 ปีที่แล้ว

      Not sure what you mean by old. Please explain. I am new at the video and learning editing. Any suggestions are welcome

      I think it's the black parts on the sides, maybe you should crop the video on top and bottom, so the image would take the whole space. Then it's the quality, but depending on your camera, you can't do much about it.
      Plus, your videos are very long compared to other makers on youtube, like Steve Ramsay, Matthias Wandel. If it's what you want to make it's fine, but if you want to attract more viewers, I think you need to change your style a little bit.
