Any legal trouble must be settled 1 on 1 between you and Epic Games. So if you haven’t received your refund yet and have agreed to these new terms, you can send in the letter so that you can still be apart of the class action settlement refund.
Fortnite have been gaining its money back from the FTC lawsuit as Fortnite brought back Aieral Assault Trooper and Renegade Raider and also Master Cheif returned and Spider-Man No way Home is returning so rare skins are returning and Epic are gaining their money back to fund all their Metaverse modes, fund their holiday events, fund their seasons, fund their live events, fund their updates, fund the Metaverse mode updates, fund new cosmetics and collabs, and fund more now Fortnite's Metaverse modes they have to fund as of now are Reload, OG, Ballistic, Lego Fortnite, Brick Life, Festival, and creative they are not funding Rocket Racing
Honestly this is spot on. Fortnite bringing back rare skins like Aerial Assault Trooper, Renegade Raider, Master Chief, and even Spider-Man: No Way Home is a smart move to regain money after the FTC lawsuit. Epic Games knows these nostalgic cosmetics are a goldmine, especially for longtime players, and they’re using this hype to bankroll all their major projects. From funding massive Metaverse modes like Reload, OG, Ballistic, Lego Fortnite, Brick Life, and Festival to holiday events, live concerts, and seasonal updates, Epic is pouring resources into expanding Fortnite’s universe. Creative Mode and new collaborations are also a big focus, keeping the game fresh for players while building their vision of the Metaverse. It’s interesting that Rocket Racing isn’t part of their funding plans, though. Maybe they’re prioritizing modes that tie more directly into Fortnite’s core player base. Either way, these moves are smart for sustaining Fortnite’s long-term growth, but it’s definitely raising questions about whether this is all for the players or just a big cash grab. What’s your take? Is this helping the game evolve, or is it more about making back that FTC money?
@@FUZIONHEREthe issue now is they just fucked with the ftc again by doing that. Fortnite said and has said multiple times those skins are never coming back and if u have them ur lucky.
