Out Island Livin", Long Island Bahamas, Beginning a New Year!

Walk with us as we reflect on some of the many memories made this new year in Paradise! We spend a celebration evening at Shorn's Busted Bridge Bar and Grille with great friends, food, music and drink! Lisa interviews Idella on her famous straw baskets. We make several day trips on L'Aventure with Barbara and Amanda and then Gary and Beth with their dear friends. We finish our walk talking about our trip to Joe's Sound with Shahyar.

I have fond memories of walking all through that area prior to the bridge being fixed and before the bar went up there... Such a lovely part of the island,

When I flew in a couple of years ago I met the gent who owns that houseboat... He was from NYC and had a huge sailboat there where he did corporate team building cruises right out of Manhattan... He did that before retiring down here... I think he also spends part of the year in Europe if I recall correctly...
