Well at least you can buy a DEI free Ineos or a Toyota Land Cruiser. To be honest the Toyota would be a better choice as it wouldn't require a recovery truck free with its purchase.
I used to own a 109" diesel (Perkins upgrade). Highly capable, incredibly easy to maintain (almost no need for any "specialist" tools unless you wanted to service the Salisbury diff.), acceptably economical (and able to cruise at motorway speeds effortlessly), very good fuel range, and a pleasure to own. The GoodYear Hi-Milers really DID last forever, and had excellent traction in most off road conditions. I just don't recognise Land Rover any more, since they have completely lost all connections to their earlier mission. We currently drive a Mitsubishi Delica - which still is made to do a job (based on the Pajereo chassis), and is an example of what Land Rover "could" have become - a really go-anywhere "People Carrier" with a decent level of operator comfort.

As a British born Muslim of a Pakistani background I gotta say that what's happening at JLR is beyond cringe. I'm not gonna throw my toys outta the pram just because you don't agree with my beliefs as someone of minority status in the UK. As a minority in this country I feel the pendulum has swung so far the other way that no one dare not offend anyone to the point where we see things like this happening. Sick of this new age woke agenda. It literally is the downfall of the West.
I don't see what your religion has to do with anything? Why is it that you have to define yourself as British Muslim...I don't go about introducing myself as a Scottish Christian even though my faith and culture are important and private to me so why should you? What has your religion got to do with your employment? Your not going to church or the mosque? Your going to your place of work. I don't need to know if your a Muslim or not I just need you to do the job your meant to be there to do no matter what colour you are what faith you think you belong to. We're all human beings what's in your head and your beliefs doesn't come into it. Just do your job to the best of your ability within company guidelines and policy and collect your pay at the end of the day. That's all that matters. Region just like politics should be left at the door and picked up on way out. It annoys me when people introduce themselves by their religious faith like some sort of badge. 😒 🙄. What am I supposed to reply to your introduction.? Oh I'm sorry to hear that wish you all the best m8? Or what? Or I'm a Scottish Christian m8 how do you do? Complete nonsense. It was hilarious when this impacted Jaguar. As a Land Rover and Range Rover owner I feel this WOKE movement is going in the wrong direction. I'm ditching my four LR vehicles and moving away from this madness before the shit hits the fan there. Farewell JLR.
JLR is very clearly in its death throes, and this DEI stuff is its last desperate throw of the dice. But maybe there's a future for JLR in producing mobility scooters for the disabled.
To suggest that HRH Gerry McGovern OBE hasn’t been designing for 10 years is a little unfair. Especially when he’s had all the DEI lanyards, the JLR DEI colouring book and Santino’s sparkly jacket for the Attitude awards to create, all on his own
Used to see a lot of LR in Australia. Hardly any now and very very expensive. Why did people like them? A status symbol and was a beast off-road. Now? Not so much.
There are still many "new style" Discoveries and Range Rovers sold in Sydney, and the more affluent suburbs. Very much a "Boulevard Cruiser" that the Mummy Mafia use to take their offspring to the Private Schools with. Out in the sticks, it's mostly Land Cruisers and Patrols, with a surprising number of import Delicas too - economical, reliable and spacious 4WD people carriers (VERY popular in South Africa!)
They certainly are still around as status symbols only. I just laugh at them and call them poor posers, especially the one down the road that has one of those breaking down status symbols in their carport. They bought a cheaply builders spec renovated shoebox and can't even mow their rubbish paspalum lawn properly.
JLR could have sold more cars in the U.S., but they have a reputation of being unreliable. Even the monied folks that would buy these don't want to spend all their time at the repair shop. Most men will avoid them given the current image of the brand.
How is Tata putting up with this!!! Just pissing money away! Killing great brands! I hope to god all the staff can get new jobs and it all goes down the toilet!
As a Saab fan and the owner of many of their cars, in a way I'm glad Saab disappeared so they never had to go electric or woke or trans or whatever. I am disappointed that it seems I'll never be able to buy an X350 Jag..
Why not, over 83,000 XJ8 / X350 were built from 2002 to 2009. They are for sale in a number of countries. I am not in UK and know of a few for sale. I really like them along with the XK8.
"I'll never be able to buy an X350 Jag." Er - why not? The world's full of them. Personally, I wouldn't touch an X350 because that extra 5" in height spoils the looks of the classic XJ saloon. Doesn't mean I'm going to sell my X300 (Series 5 XJ6) or my Mark 2.
Meanwhile in Audi "How can we destroy Tata?" "I know, send me there" "How are you going to do it?" "All you need to do is introduce certain politics. Trust me, you see it soon in YT".
Previous gen Range Rover (L405) sold shed loads and made a massive profit. There was a waiting list for them for a number of years. One reason that Jaguar sales suffered was that engine used in both Jaguar & Range Rover were diverted to the Range Rover as the profit margins were much higher in those cars as it was in Jaguars, so Jag sales were throttled to free up engines for LR/RR vehicles.
I'm Indian and I can probably say that's definitely not the case. If fhe resentment angle were there, they coulve shut it down long time ago. Jaguar is a great brand but with absolute shit cars. There's a possibility as this video alludes to that indicate they wanted to shut down the company.
@@Whatreally123I concur. I think I detected the intent to suspend the brand. That sounds wise. Shut it all down, clean house/augean stables, then a total reboot with a fresh team.

there is nothing more inclusive than just expecting people to come to work, do the job they were hired for and going home. the old way was report for work in a fit state to do your job, turn up for work on time, work safely and competently and go home in and what you do in your own time has nothing to do with the company. what is so bad about that!
Especially if the Unions get involved like old days. Everybody Out 😂. Tata will just reply well you can all stay out and close the door behind you we'll ship this shit back home to India plenty of cheap labour with the skills for less than half the price and therefore bigger profit margins .
I have teenage grandkids who are big into the alphabet stuff. I try to explain to them that what they believe is entirely up to them but they'll get nowhere by trying to shove it down the throats of the adults all the time. But no - they have to shout about it and wear the gang colours. It seems to me that you have missed what I would consider a fairly obvious reason that all this is being done with Jaguar. Jag have not made any cash for years so Tata head office wanted Jaguar shut down, but the bod in charge refused to do it. Obviously meetings were had , and said bod defended his position well, inasmuch as he put across a good case for not killing off Jaguar. Tata bosses said, "OK, gonna count to five and if you are not making money by the time I get to five......." So somebody in Jag decided that they somehow have to get ahead of the curve, find a new market and being totally out of options, went with the loony rebrand as a last ditch attempt to try to keep the brand alive. Some business guru decided that DEI was the way the industry was going to go and believed that getting there first might be enough to save the company. I'm a huge Jag fan and have owned a few of their iconic models, but as I said, they'll get nowhere with me, trying to ram it down my throat.

was having a dream about jaguar , it started with me buying a controlling interest from TaTa , then cancelling the CEO (sacking him ) releasing an ad with a Black Jaguar charging into the actors scattering them and finishing with the Jaguar sitting looking at the camera with the words (savage refinement ) , all the DEI inclusives getting released from their employment , the design team included , replaced by a new team with the design brief Quality , Refinement ,Reliability, Change . the first would be a sports 2 door the size of a Datsun 240z , a minimum of electronics and suppliers held to Quality and reliability ,build quality would be paramount , performance would be adequate , the second would be a high performance 4 door saloon the size of a Granada , now the Jaguar cat is not the fastest in the wild , that honour belongs to the Cheetah , but both cars would be ones that you would be proud to own , like my dream so far ??? there isn't any more 'cos i awakened ending the fantasy , vivid !? i blame the curry i ate before bed !
It makes sense that Massimo Frascella design the Jaguar Type 00 concept. I see more Range Rover design elements than Jaguar on that car. Those who follow the auto industry closely may remember that in the late 2010's, JRL was considering bringing a CAR to the market under the Land Rover brand, rumored to be the "Road Rover". Given that little piece of trivia, my theory is that the Jaguar Type 00 concept is a repurposed Land Rover design study that was dusted off when JRL realized Jaguar would never succeed as a BMW competitor, and decided to go the ultra-lux route with the brand.
Maybe im biased because im English and i love jaguar but i feel like jaguar as a brand has the potential to compete with bmw and mercedes etc. they just need to build better cars. Easier said than done i know but i feel the brand is (or was) solid.
BCG was lost to DEI a long time ago too. They are certainly not worth the cost but there are a lot of pretty women there and they are solid secretaries (but in no way good consultants).

The DEI standard gear shifting is very confusing. Forward gears can be reverse gears, a reverse gear can be a forward gear, and at times any gear can represent both forward and reverse at the same time.
Jaguar and Land Rover both make overpriced vehicles with terrible reliability and savage depreciation. And now they don’t want 85% of the rich fools who used to buy their shite. If you have any Tata/JLR shares, best sell them whilst you still can! 😂

Somehow I don't think this is a coincidence.
We need better quality when it comes to our cars.
DEI means "No straight white men"!
They don't like the brown straight men much either.
Outside of Indian immigrants.
if that many people are comfortable sending that much info it means they know it's over if they thought the company would be around in 5 or 10 years they wouldn't leak anything
😮i had no idea about land rover too?!? I had a lift in a landrover yesterday and I am now drinking bud light. Also i find a strange fascination with canadian prime minister justin Trudeau. Thanks for posting this video. It's starting to make sense.
Or I'm a Spanish Methodist how are you? Or I'm a Welsh Evangilist would you like to sing a song in the Valleys with me this Sunday? Absolute nonsense. Where abouts in Britain are you from? England? Oh so your an English Muslim then? I thought maybe you were a N. Irish one with that accent.
@@BubbaWhite-indie I think you missed the point I was making. It was a mocking tone informing what my background is. That like you have pointed out for yourself, I too don't broadcast.
That's another company down the drain and what's sad most of the employees hate this 5hit but are forced to embrace it
My authentic self would never work for a company that focuses so much on DEI.
Thank God I sold my Jaguar before their ad hit. Soon you won’t be able to give the car away.
literally "miss me with that gay shit" 😂
@ 🤣🤣🤣
The classics will take a small hit, the modern cars are gonna take a big one. You may actually see drag bars, ect parking lots full of jags, but they won't be new ones.
I'm pretty sure they are on purpose trying to tank these companies. There's no other explanation.
Nothing but all about short selling the stocks.
@Retro-Iron11 thanks for the perspective.
Could try selling them.
Looting it financially, millions spent on dei initiatives and activists, almost nothing spent on designing or building cars.
Make cars and not political statements!
It was hilarious when this impacted Jaguar. As a Land Rover and Range Rover owner I feel this WOKE movement is going in the wrong direction. I'm ditching my four LR vehicles and moving away from this madness before the shit hits the fan there. Farewell JLR.
I’ve de badged my jag with a grinder
JLR is very clearly in its death throes, and this DEI stuff is its last desperate throw of the dice. But maybe there's a future for JLR in producing mobility scooters for the disabled.
In pink or rainbow
To suggest that HRH Gerry McGovern OBE hasn’t been designing for 10 years is a little unfair. Especially when he’s had all the DEI lanyards, the JLR DEI colouring book and Santino’s sparkly jacket for the Attitude awards to create, all on his own
WE ARE THE WOKE - "You must comply, resistance is futile... soon your distinctiveness will be re-educated into our collective..."
sounds a bit like the borg ...
@@willboa5365 The Borg are very inclusive - inclusivity is such a great thing it can't be criticised else you are making people feel unsafe...
Feel sorry for the line workers. None for anyone else.
They are the ones who will lose their jobs. Good luck finding another automotive job in Britain.
How is Tata putting up with this!!! Just pissing money away! Killing great brands! I hope to god all the staff can get new jobs and it all goes down the toilet!
They are targeting 3 people. That’s it.
The me myself and I crowd?
3 people? Who are they?
Jaguar Land Rover will be renamed soon to something like, Draguar Rage Boner. 🤣
So he wrecked Jaguar, now moved to Audi, where off next? Ford? BMW?
The colour chart is by LoveHoney for the new Type 00
When will be the Audi gender reveal?
I think JLR misunderstood what "selling luxury cars to the 1%-ers" was supposed to mean.
Probably start with Bentley being its owned by VW group
I guess it's going to be tata to JLR.
😂😂
As a Saab fan and the owner of many of their cars, in a way I'm glad Saab disappeared so they never had to go electric or woke or trans or whatever. I am disappointed that it seems I'll never be able to buy an X350 Jag..
Why not, over 83,000 XJ8 / X350 were built from 2002 to 2009. They are for sale in a number of countries. I am not in UK and know of a few for sale. I really like them along with the XK8.
Saab died with honour, they did not bend over and take it and now Saab Is dead. GM killed it
We all die, it is how you live that matters.
I'm selling my Evoque today had enough
DEI/ESG means ESG/DEI thanks black rock and the WEF
They'd be better concentrating on trying to make a profit.
I didn't think Land Rover could get worse.
Well it's gnna damn sight more worse for them now as their will be no Land rovers in 2yrs time... possibly much less than that
my conspiracy theory: The Tata ceo is intentionally destroying these legacy British brands because of historical resentment.
I'm Indian and I can probably say that's definitely not the case. If fhe resentment angle were there, they coulve shut it down long time ago. Jaguar is a great brand but with absolute shit cars. There's a possibility as this video alludes to that indicate they wanted to shut down the company.
This is by design too methodical. Sad and pathetic.
@@Whatreally123I concur. I think I detected the intent to suspend the brand. That sounds wise. Shut it all down, clean house/augean stables, then a total reboot with a fresh team.
Of course they are deliberately shutting down the manufacturing industry in the UK. They have.succeeded in shutting down our steel manufacturing, also oil refineries in order to bankrupt the UK. With millions of immigrants being dumped each year to ensure that their strategy of elimination of what was Great Britain.
@@timcarpenter2441 At this point, they have already stolen the horses, burned down the stables and are now trying to blame their customers for the resulting pile of burning poop.
Someone at Jaguar Marketing misplaced the decimal when they estimated the "gay visually-impaired twentysomething millionaire" demographic.
The new Jaguars design is going to sell hundreds. Keep up the great work Thems!
That's assuming that they ever spend any time or money to build a car, it Looks like wokish good times until the money runs out, them off to the next victim.
there is nothing more inclusive than just expecting people to come to work, do the job they were hired for and going home.
the old way was report for work in a fit state to do your job, turn up for work on time, work safely and competently and go home in and what you do in your own time has nothing to do with the company.
what is so bad about that!
It doesn't include lavish lifestyles for the activist class, it's a really good deal for the dei hires as well.
I was planning on upgrading my Audi. Looks like it might be time to move to a 20 year old Camry instead.
My old man has a 2024 Defender 110. I just told him to sell it as soon as possible.
Are we certain Mony Python has nothing to do with this?
They as well just rebrand it as Faguar Land Grinder
Well, they're gonna lose a lot of money in the coming months.
I hope every DEI fan buys Jags and Rovers. They are unreliable money pits.
They'll buy used and abuse and destroy them, it's what they do.
It's only a matter of time before TATA close JLR in the UK completely and move everything to India or elsewhere.....
Especially if the Unions get involved like old days. Everybody Out 😂. Tata will just reply well you can all stay out and close the door behind you we'll ship this shit back home to India plenty of cheap labour with the skills for less than half the price and therefore bigger profit margins .
Would a man that had undergone a transition in the dangly department, who then worked for JLR on the drivelines, be on a trans mission?
Their section on equality and equity clearly states that they are not interested in treating people fairly.
Tata bosses said, "OK, gonna count to five and if you are not making money by the time I get to five......."
So somebody in Jag decided that they somehow have to get ahead of the curve, find a new market and being totally out of options, went with the loony rebrand as a last ditch attempt to try to keep the brand alive.
Some business guru decided that DEI was the way the industry was going to go and believed that getting there first might be enough to save the company.
I'm a huge Jag fan and have owned a few of their iconic models, but as I said, they'll get nowhere with me, trying to ram it down my throat.
Woke never makes money though so how did their accountants not warn against this move if that was the case?? 🤷♂️
They are just ideological zealots infected with cultural toxoplasmosis 🤷♂️🤦

Everybody? Not if you're White British.
Don't forget what they named those two colors... Miami Blue and London Pink... pride colors, right?
They didn't name those colours tbf. Those are genuine colours. They did pick them tho... And he they are the transformer colours
Map colors.
Jag's only hope is to re-release the Hindustan Ambassador (AKA a1954 Morris Oxford). It would certainly look more stylish and drive better than Barbie's Batmobile.
Given how insane people are getting at their jobs and ideologies, there should be a special classification of firing under "WTF".
When what they did in their employment was so insane and damaging to the company, they are unemployable.
The world has gone mad and by the time this craziness has ended, dogs will be living with cats and up will be the new down.
was having a dream about jaguar , it started with me buying a controlling interest from TaTa , then cancelling the CEO (sacking him ) releasing an ad with a Black Jaguar charging into the actors scattering them and finishing with the Jaguar sitting looking at the camera with the words (savage refinement ) , all the DEI inclusives getting released from their employment , the design team included , replaced by a new team with the design brief Quality , Refinement ,Reliability, Change . the first would be a sports 2 door the size of a Datsun 240z , a minimum of electronics and suppliers held to Quality and reliability ,build quality would be paramount , performance would be adequate , the second would be a high performance 4 door saloon the size of a Granada , now the Jaguar cat is not the fastest in the wild , that honour belongs to the Cheetah , but both cars would be ones that you would be proud to own , like my dream so far ??? there isn't any more 'cos i awakened ending the fantasy , vivid !? i blame the curry i ate before bed !
I think, Massimo has not designed the 00. It was Jerry McGovern. I think that Massimo left the company because of all this wired stuff going on.
Maybe im biased because im English and i love jaguar but i feel like jaguar as a brand has the potential to compete with bmw and mercedes etc. they just need to build better cars. Easier said than done i know but i feel the brand is (or was) solid.
Dei segration chart is disgusting. Racist jaguar!
BCG was lost to DEI a long time ago too. They are certainly not worth the cost but there are a lot of pretty women there and they are solid secretaries (but in no way good consultants).
@mrhreviews Thanks for always keeping us informed on the going ons with Faguar and mainstream media. This and your 2nd group channel is always on my line up of things to catch up on everyday. Keep up the good work Mr.H. You and everyone else are Freaking Awesome!!😁👍
The DEI standard gear shifting is very confusing. Forward gears can be reverse gears, a reverse gear can be a forward gear, and at times any gear can represent both forward and reverse at the same time.
Let's not forget the tendency to remove the gear stick entirely and replace it with flaps.
Exhaust pipes are for expelling exhaust....

You can't play favourites in society. It causes resentment and conflict.
Last chance to buy your Range Rover while it's still straight!
Oh, shit! Now I gotta put Land Rover on the LawWonder Blacklist. No more Jags, Land Rovers or Ferraris. Tata Motors should be called Caca motors.
Old ones acceptable new cars are 💩🤡🚗
"copy Nothing" yet they are copying every possible DEI ESG in the playbook...about 5 years too late. This will sink them
The new model Toyota Land Cruisers are looking better than ever.
Jaguar and Land Rover both make overpriced vehicles with terrible reliability and savage depreciation. And now they don’t want 85% of the rich fools who used to buy their shite. If you have any Tata/JLR shares, best sell them whilst you still can! 😂
They'll probably change the company name to
Shaguar Hand Lover.
I instantly thought of the Trans flag when I first saw the two new Jaguar 00s. I didn't believe that was an accident.
Leave Land Rover and Range Rover alone FFS😤
BlackRock's CEO, Larry Fink, "Behaviors are going to have to change. This is one thing we're asking companies. You have to force behaviors."
if you are forcing you aren't asking.
Cool. Two brands that I never got before and will never get. I am happy about my 1993 NSX though.
What wonderful times we live in..
Congrats for hitting 400K .
Aye! Didn't know there were so many idiots out there sucking up this nonsense. But there you go.
Makes you wonder if Tata is doing this deliberatly.
