How to start a start-up?
Don't go to a B school that costs 25 lacs and holds you down for the next 5 years with debt, unless you have rich parents ofc.

These students are so lucky to have this wisdom in front of them. Im just starting with my idea, and im a former wild child, smart kid, that didn't want to be a " nerd" in school, and barely graduated high school. Then i became a homeless drunk. 17 years ago i decided to be honest with myself and started my journey in life late. Im learning everyday about the 21st century business. I would pay a nice percentage of my salary right now to be able to talk to Mr Agarwal face to face.

The best thing I observe is the great entrepreneurs dropped out just before their degrees. So the lesson is : it's not about having a piece of paper but gaining enough knowledge.
I saw the video today and paused it when Ritesh mentioned OYO was in 14th spot. I just googled and guess what! OYO is the number 1 at the list.
His schedules are very hectic were very lucky to have his insights..

Usually all people care about is your degree, your college reputation, where you work, your designation and your salary. This mindset needs to be change.
No it doesent have to change. Your college and degree are very accurate parameters of how competent you are. It will be the case (most of the times) that an average IITian, is much more valuable to a company than a non-iitian. This doesent mean all IITians are better than all non IITians, but it does imply a general, very often true , result .
