    I appreciate this Founder and Ceos honesty. I have what i believe is a great idea that i have to be educated on the jungle of tech when i start financing it, and learning how to promote it. Mr Shah mentioning sugar coating is something i will definitely look for. The treachery in the tech field im sure has some real vampires that appear as a nice person, because they are ,in a simple way of saying, nerds. And nerds don't face problems face to face usually. Im coming from the blue collar side and street side of life, so it will be interesting. Also the discussion about habits and breaking habits in tech seem to depend on timing. I will definitely be watching Mr Shah from here on out. God is good. He led me here

    It was a great video, and thanks to IIMA for uploading and helping us gain some great perspectives from Kunal Shah. Just a thought, Tally today is no longer living in a monopolistic market as many other accounting software like Vyapar, Zoho books, Khatabook and many more have come up and are really competitive. Of course, this was put up in 2017, but even then, these companies had released their software and had a good clientele base (of course, let's consider the awareness aspect here as well).

    • @AlisterCabral
      @AlisterCabral 3 ปีที่แล้ว +8

      Yes because CRED isn't really a delta 4 product, at most delta 2. Every bank provides payment portal to pay the bill. CRED is useful only when you have more than 1 credit card and that would be only less than 2% of the population. Cashback and advertising will give them the push and motive to download it.

      @@sakshibhatia3282 It's not exactly 6-2 is 4 but yes you are right on minimum efficiency score thing. Kunal has developed a theory on basis of which anybody can decide whether his idea is good to go or not. Let's just say if your idea score more than 4 then you can go ahead and take the risk. Now, in case if I am not making any sense to you then you can watch, not his TedTalk video but other video where he defined his theory in better way :)

      Very true. I have recently come up with a great idea, well i think so haha, and im not in a rush. Not wasting time either. Mr Shah mentioning the habits of consumers, i equate this to my idea with timing. And the timing seems to be good for at least next 12 months. First thing is first. I dont know anything. I do, but i act as if i don't. Learn what to do, so i dont lose due to greed, or some hurry up for profits motive. The idea for me is also to help a group of people.

      This should help
      small hotels has a tie up with car service, hotels tell them to bring the customers from airport or railway station or bus station and they would get commission, but in case of self driving cars, there would be no driver, so eventually a.i don't take bribe and hotel people will get less customers.
