I felt that Nikhil was continuously interrupting Ritesh while he was trying to complete his sentence. A little advice that please let the guest complete whatever he or she is saying and then raise another question because as a viewer. Also this thing breaks the flow of a topic that we want to listen about.

All of the three concepts are core of gita : 1. IndriyaNigraha: Controling your mind (mann) and not get involved in the dopamine reward system 2. Stithpragya and Sakshibhaav: stoic indifference and observing your thoughts. Going forward world will be divided into two groups: people who identify with their mind only and hence are fooled by its thoughts and people who understand they are not their mind and hence can control it and the thoughts it indulges in.

    Dang it, Nikhil!
You cut Ritesh off a lot continously and didn't let the Oyo founder complete his viewpoints. For everything, you rushed him to use words that sounded fancy, even when he was explaining the same thing in simple language. I feel you changed the message he was trying to convey into something else! Learn from TRS (Ranveer's Show). Respect others' opinions, and cross-question when the other person has finished speaking, but do so in a respectful way. Remember, you're just the host here; your duty is to let the guests feel comfortable and speak their minds using their own words. You can share your opinion, but it shouldn't disrupt the conversation frequently.
