1. Delayed Gratification
2. No Social pressure
3. Sense of Humility
Thank you❤🌹🙏
I felt that Nikhil was continuously interrupting Ritesh while he was trying to complete his sentence. A little advice that please let the guest complete whatever he or she is saying and then raise another question because as a viewer. Also this thing breaks the flow of a topic that we want to listen about.
That’s why this podcast is working , more like a discussion or not like an interview
Agreeable
He always do that from the beginning. He does it to completely clear the conscious that we have generally doubtful about in conversation.
Yeah
This comment misses the point of this show.. we want to be a fly on the wall of a group of friends talking about interesting things.. we don’t want an interview (which there are 100s of)
This is to all the podcast Host, let the guest Complete their thoughts without interrupting. Let them Complete and then raise the question.
Good point that you have raised. I absolutely agree with you.
Agree 💯%
agreed
Absolutely right. But i think he has gained some much knowledge and information, that he just keep giving .sometimes may be as viewers we get overwhelmed.
He is same as allahbadia doesn't let guests speak
Ritesh Agarwal, not just as an entrepreneur but also a man lot to learn from.
Y?
He has built another money guzzling screwed up startup oyo..soon it will go byjus way
Ritesh is such a calm and collected talker. Listening to him talk is so easy. can’t miss how thoughtful of a person he is.
true
To add something to the Self confidence and humility discussion, there's a very beautiful dialogue in the movie Ghajini (2008) 'Mai kar skta hu, ye mera vishwaas hai, sirf Mai kar skta hu, ye mera ghamand hai'
So what to do than
Hmm , I think I AM " GHAMANDI " BECAUSE I THINK LIKE ," AGAR MAI NHI KARUNGA TO KAUN KAREGA " WITH A ASSENCE OF SUPERIORITY COMPLEX , I NEED TO FIX THAT THING I GUESS.
GOOD OBSERVATION MATE 👍
All of the three concepts are core of gita : 1. IndriyaNigraha: Controling your mind (mann) and not get involved in the dopamine reward system 2. Stithpragya and Sakshibhaav: stoic indifference and observing your thoughts. Going forward world will be divided into two groups: people who identify with their mind only and hence are fooled by its thoughts and people who understand they are not their mind and hence can control it and the thoughts it indulges in.
@harshitgupta5223 can you elaborate more on the last sentence ?
Do you think all the thing which are said in gita are correct?
Jo huva hai acche ke liye ho raha hai
Jo ho raha hai acche ke liye ho raha hai
Jo hoga, ho bhi acche ke liye hoga,
This is the worst line said by any person who has atleast some common sense
Pakka Reels se gita pad ke aya he@@chilkurvivek1391
@@chilkurvivek1391 nobody is saying everything is correct in Gita . Change your focus dude and you can take so much good from Gita itself . Focus on Good / Grow.
@@mod_cyber1015 I don't give F about gita nor any religious books like quran and Bible, I just mentioned the inconsistency in so called god books, people in our country are doomed in religion while we have make other actual problems to tackle
Boss 10 years back when i was preparing for JEE i didn’t have a phone to distract me. I made it.
Today i see people glued to their phones so if you do not use one you are ahead of many. even i am glued to it now and i procrastinate a lot because of it.
Phone is not the problem it's the mind doing it.
Agree with you
You have no idea how worst the smartphone epidemic is these social companies are making apps addictive to an extent where it has a similar effect on mind as gambling.
still in Allen (IIT JEE Institute) Kohinoor Hostels, smartphones are not allowed
Completely agreed! I cleared neet when there was no mobile gadget and now things have completely changed. Even I procastinate alot and waste alot of time in my phone.
Very nice video
Ritesh is a great inspiration.
Nikhil should allow the guests to complete their point.
Asking too many questions wouldn't make the host look smarter by any means. As a viewer this diverts the topic and breaks down the flow and could take the conversation else where .
Nikhil is very eager to show the phrase "delayed gratification " he has discovered.
can I explain it
😊

😂😂😂
No doubt you all are too good . God bless you all

A new respect for Ritesh
This is the indian 🇮🇳 success and values.
So much one can learn from him - greatly inspired.
Nikhil Kamath's questioning power is On Top!
Social Pressure and Delayed Gratification is the best insight from this video
Nikhil’s interruptions are cringing
Absolutely fab Nikhil Sir, the episode was absolute nectar, learned so much. Thank you for doing what u do🙏🏻
Dang it, Nikhil!
You cut Ritesh off a lot continously and didn't let the Oyo founder complete his viewpoints. For everything, you rushed him to use words that sounded fancy, even when he was explaining the same thing in simple language. I feel you changed the message he was trying to convey into something else! Learn from TRS (Ranveer's Show). Respect others' opinions, and cross-question when the other person has finished speaking, but do so in a respectful way. Remember, you're just the host here; your duty is to let the guests feel comfortable and speak their minds using their own words. You can share your opinion, but it shouldn't disrupt the conversation frequently.
Lovely! Great points. Humility is the #1 need of the current generation!..
Very nice episode . .. The OYO guy looks very approachable . .. also he can tell stories with the 'moral', . ... that another had not thought of . .. We need more of these people and less of the snobby ones . .. If we want India 🇮🇳 to grow . .. Some people just have the ' 'Let's Grow Together' vibe to them . .. Thank you for this episode 👍🙏
If we want india to grow we need more snobby ones because they make the most money observed everywhere in the world. Approachable to whom? I bet u can't approach him.
What an episode sir ❤ The processing of those words thinking as I self made me entire imagine a different perspective
Soon I will meet you in podcast after 10 years ❤❤
I love you Nikhil and Ritesh, you are inspiration for all budding problem solver.
This video gives me So much Strength that i am on right Track
When nikhil said in the end thank you for watching
I was immediately like thank you fir sharing
Thank you Nitin sir for such podcasts. Please continue them. I had make notes from your podcasts. So please continue them.
Agree with points of ritesh , hope OYO stand with same principle
Great points by Ritesh and all very relevant! He is an intelligent, yet humble entrepreneur
Man u guys a great inspiration
Every podcast is insightful.
Looking for longer podcasts
Absolutely loved this chunk of conversation like some one really had to say this 👍
It's like how you meet Vendors to capture know-how and then make it in-house.. it looked like Nikhil just wanted to capture a specific theme when Ritesh had so much to offer. You were rude Nikhil and it felt derogatory at different times. Good one Ritesh, and nice to see you retain cool and also share some very interesting insights.
Host .....be a host not a gyaanchand, let the guests complete....
True, I felt like some small company manager interviewing in hurry to a new joiner for job hiring.😢
But this is not typical interview. This is conversation type podcast. Here everyone should have minimum knowledge about particular topic.
@@MasudRanabd communication etiquettes, don't interrupt when someone is replying to your question, let them complete and then follow on. This is not a conversation where the respondent is doing circles due to lack of knowledge
Ritesh is so genuine, and this Gen Z should learn from him the way he talk, presenting his ideas and how calm and mature he is, we need this kind of man for adding values and lessons in our life❤
Hai Nikhil. Was good, i like your interpretation of things.
It's not an interview, it's a conversation. This is the theme of the podcast, always has been and it's different and amazing.
basically they're saying aaj ke logon mein voh baat kaha , our time was golden.
every generation ever.
baat hai wo abhi bhi kuch logo mai :)
or sare log mai baat hoti par yeah insta or snap ne youth ka mind ko zeher or kachra bhar diya hai
Wow what a perspective ❤
Good one! very authentic and reality
Patience is the underlying factor for most top line behavior such as delay gratification/instant gratification, perseverance, and clarity.
Amazing content Nikhil and Ritesh ❤
beautiful points!!
In my research, one major factor is DRIVE, then learning from one's mistakes, deep discontentment on non-achievement, along with having a very high aim
Really need this today! I’m normal engineer but somehow I feel fomo that I don’t have relationship don’t have fun plans for weekends. M I wasting my 20s!😅
I see this channel first time and really impressed by this video, and Ritesh is the biggest inspiration of mine in the Entrepreneurial world 👌💥
Excellent, very helpful.
Like the way of Nikhil podcasts, it is like we are listening general talk that we understand easily and it is worthy than A boring and serious podcast .
Ritesh will age well like a good wine.
I think even nikhil knows that he is doing something a little bit wrong in the audiences' eyes but actually He does that so that flow/momentum does not stop for the podcast. :) I loveed it. Excessive knowledge and experience must be experienced. Ritish sir would have explained too deeply, may be we would have get overwhelmed.. And even forget it. Its a podcast, its good to keep it as a podcast with necessary pointers :)
Sir it is a request to do these conversation in hindi because it is difficult for tier 2 cities boy to understand some words or phrase ❤ between I love you wtf podcasts
Amazing episode Nikhil
Insightful
oh bhai..just discovered it..this is insane..!!!

@nikhil kamath : please ask your utube team to read the comments so that they can tell you how to be a good listener and not overshadow others' talks.
I have uninstalled my instagram and Facebook, this video validates that I have done the right thing.
Amazing
Great
Amazing 8 mins🙏
ghazal looked so crisp🤌🏼
amazing!
Loved it❤
Thanks for watching!
Everytime i listen to Ritesh Agarwal and realise how incredible one can be
Very nice
It hit me when Nikhil said, " He is a king of delayed gratification!"
While immediately interrupting the guest, with no sense of patience
😂@@khawajajaffer
I think ego comes from a sense of insecurity, incompleteness and in turn jealousy, but if one is stable and secure inself ( which spirituality can teach u ) then one won't be insecure coz no matter how much u tryna possess wealth lust etc it will always be incomplete, and that not only him but everyone is incomplete & hence complete that wud bring man a sense of security and hence humility, and one won't be furious, mind would be calm and hence function more efficiently!
great 🙌🙌
2 great people
Dear Nikhil or team please make a video on WTF is STOCK MARKET OR TRADING, and WTF is Economics wrt India
thanks
Hope you are now healthy ❤
The only thing I find Nikhil is lack of communication skills. His questions don't relate much in depth and always in pressure to ask questions for the sake of asking Questions.
Gazal was clueless!!😂😂
Thnx
Ritesh is always like😁😁😁
Awesome
Hi Nikhil, great talk. Just wondering why is it too hard to get unsubscribed from Zerodha app?😂
Write a book on all these great treasures
Please bring Ambani to the podcast I would love to hear his views on how he built this mega empire that we know of today. I know he's a busy man and doesn't do much public appearances but I want to hear him
Can we consider building a business that gives the best services as being humble?
No problem i will start learning how to build devin.
Its great could you please talk to Kunal shah
Let him talk dude that’s where we learn😮💨😮💨
yes longetivity.
Ritest is the Man
There's so much interruption happening! Let the guy complete, Just let him complete buddy!!
🔥
This is Jarring that the host wouldn't let the guest talk man...
Very valuable
Glad it was helpful!
Ritezh is so down to earth
hey the table or the glass of water kept near to younwas tilted
I like ritesh's t-shirt with a dolphin instead of shark😂😂😂
I think I think I think 🙏
Nikhil Kamath needs to stop taking interviews and have a sense of humility. The guys sense of superiority shows loud is his attitude.
Lmao, stop being so insecure
@priyankmanocha1419 I get what you're saying, but I've started to look at it as he representing his audience's scrutiny, that way it's us who are questioning, taking superiority out of the picture and putting accountability in. 😊
I like him and that zomato guy from s03.
Looks like Nikhil is putting words into Ritesh and he either agrees or disagrees with a Give reason answer. 5/5
Does anyone know which mic they are using
My fav shark Ritesh and piyush 🙌🙌
Lookin like he is giving an interview round
