In collaboration Responsible Fisheries Business Chains Project and FFOU developed and adapted the ABAVUBI App from the South African ABALOBI App.
The Mobile App application will strengthen the management of fisheries businesses through recording business data and marketing of fish and fisheries products.
A user training manual was developed and 35 IT administrators from FFOU were trained as trainers.
The App is currently hosted under the Digital oceans cloud server for management of the ABAVUBI App data in compliance with EU and Uganda data privacy policies.
