ESTEEM International Consultants USMID End of Programme Evaluation June 2024

ESTEEM International Consultants, are conducting an end of programme evaluation activity for the World Bank funded Uganda Support to Municipal Infrastructure Development (USMID).
The $510m programme financed infrastructure development across 33 local governments, which includes the 10 regional cities, 22 municipalities and 11 refugee hosting districts.
The local governments under evaluation developed over 200kms of paved roads in urban areas, markets and lock-up shops, tax parks, leisure parks and play fields in selected refugee hosting districts.
