Why remove the brake callipers though?... also I'd like to know if its safe to remove that rare engine mount, wont that put stress on the RH and LH engine mounts???... thanks for the video it is exactly what i need to replace my Rack

@@ALI_FIX12 yeah it ain't hard, just psyched myself out on it 😂 good mid range impact and it's cake. ,I didnt drop the ball joint, unbolted it from the arm
Yeah all I did was loosen the subframe up and hang it by the ball. Joint. Take the inner and outer tie rod off first. Do the drop and remove it, there's enough clearance. I did use a motor mount to hold the engine up I didn't trust anything else

I got Tboned and now i gotta do this, do i have to drop the front member to get the rack out? Im a DIY and can do it, but no engine bracing?
