If my country pretty one more time! Seriously, you guys should do a scenery/landscape channel. Even if you don't have any narration, you could use the same kind of music you've been using in the background (simply awesome stuff) and drop in some subtitles just to describe where /what the scenery is!

They said when the green banana cooked into the skin, it preserved the iron that you should get from the banana into the banana. But when it cooked into the skin, the banana tasted a little bitter.
My parents season the liver with the natural seasoning along with the powdered seasoning and cover to steam. One thing I never see anyone do is add any water to the liver. Takes only a few minutes to steam. Long cooking will make it tough like shoe leather. Tell me the name of your teacher and I will fly down fast just to give he/she a good ass whippin'. I hope is not your mentor in the kitchen with you because then I would have to have a word with him, period.
Climber. Liver should not be washed before cooking. Season it properly and cook. When you wash it, you wash away the blood that gives you nice gravy. My mom who was a great cook thought me that.

The longer you cook liver the tougher it get,10mins is long enough.

No you are not. I squeeze lime on it. Deep fry and add seasoning, no water, it steams by itself.
