Trailer nerd checking in. Also interested in the step deck version in the 216 for small heavy equipment delivery with my flat bed Ram 5500. I watched Banks Shipping, LLC's video and noticed he was working a few things out with you. Very cool! I realize he is using a single rear axle Pete with tall 24.5 rubber, so that is an issue. Any videos for coupler options or actual coupler height adjustment options for the step decks? Thanks!
You mentioned in this video that you realize that some of us pull your trailers with medium duty trucks. I am one of them. Please consider adding air breaks and air ride packages to you trailers. Our trucks have trailer air supply, we don’t need a battery on our trailer

I put a shocker hitch on my bumper pull diamond 💎 c trailer 14900 what a difference.
So. The wood. Would be better for snowy and wet conditions as opposed to diamond 💎 plate 🍽

On a gooseneck trailers is it 100 per 1000 lbs on the gooseneck trailer
Or you could tighten the set bolts before you hook it up to your truck
I was wondering if there are torque specs for the set bolts on the couplers. If I missed it, I apologize in advance.
Good point! The torque spec is 125 ft/lbs on the gooseneck coupler set bolts.
I have one of your 2020 gooseneck 212 air ride with a Shocker on it .
Will the shocker fit on a 48ft Stepdeck airride 212 ?

Unfortunately it won’t fit on the stepdeck. The coupler on the stepdeck is square and much shorter tube.
If a special order is made with 3 X 16k disk brake axles, then the GVWR can be in the 45 - 54 K range. Do you guys have couplers, balls, King pins that support such a setup if the customer is willing to pay for it?
Great question! We can only rate at 40K. But yes, would require a pintle ring or flush mount king pin for the correct capacity rating.
Can I get a FMax 208 with a fifth wheel kingpin instead of a ball coupler?
100% it’s not a selectable option on that model on our website but your dealer should be able to get it for you no problem! 👍

You can do an FMAX with a king pin adapter for 5th wheel or you can do an SDX step deck with king pin for 5th wheel. 👍

I bought a 20 foot dump trailer from you guys one of the worst trailers I ever bought The walls are screwed in instead of being One piece once you fillet you could never close the doors one of the biggest mistake I ever madeIs buying a gooseneck trailer from your company
Hi Wesley, are you sure the dump trailer you bought is a Diamond C? Our walls are always welded - never screwed in.
