I came across your channel through this video-case studies are incredibly valuable, and I'm eager to see more in the future! Building wealth involves establishing routines, like consistently setting aside funds at regular intervals for smart investments.
You're correct. I think the smartest way to go is to spread out your investments. By putting your money into different asset classes like bonds, real estate, and stocks from other countries, you can lower the risk if one part of the market goes bad.
That sounds like a good plan. In the past two years, working closely with a financial market specialist, I've built a six-figure diversified stock portfolio. Now, I aim to diversify even more this year.
Talking about a financial market specialist, do you consider anyone worthy of recommendations? I have about 100k to test the waters now that large cap stocks are at a discount... Thanks
My CFA NICOLE ANASTASIA PLUMLEE a renowned figure in her line of work. I recommend researching her credentials further... She has many years of experience and is a valuable resource for anyone looking to navigate the financial market..
Buying stocks might seem easy, but picking the right one without a solid plan is tough. I've been trying to grow my $100K portfolio, but the tricky part is not having clear plans for when to buy and sell. Any tips on this would really help.
Great list of retirement spots! It’s always useful to see different options for a comfortable retirement. I’ve found that cities like Las Vegas also offer a unique blend of affordability and a vibrant lifestyle, which might be worth considering for those looking for warm weather and lower living costs. Thanks for the helpful overview!
We Americans who’ve been here long enough know this is not the country we grew up in. And it’s definitely not the country that I’m going to die in. Retire abroad.
Las Cruces way too hot. Spokane way too wet. Puerto Rico in a hurricane zone. Fargo way too cold. Savannah way too humid. I would choose Knoxville Tennessee. Too many fantastic benefits to list here.
Best places to retire... damn, almost all have high crime rate. Taxes through the roof, and FARGO.. Ice cold Fargo.. anything else? I'd love to see your worst places to retire...
I am absolutely staying where I am. It is a high cost place , but I have factored that in to “the plan.” There is NO way I am moving to any of these places, even though the median home price is a third of what it is here. Like I said, factor your retirement city into your plan.
I just paid $55,000 for a nice, small home (not mobile home) in a safe neighborhood in TX. No mortgage. I make more than the home price annually. The list is STUPID.

The strategies are tough for average people. They're usually done well by experts with lots of skills and knowledge.
@RoseSmith-v7g How do i reach her
Best places to retire should NEVER include areas where crime is higher than the national average!
Nothing on this list looks appealing. If this is the top 5 I guess I’ll keep working 😩😆
Serious crime?? No, thank you!
That’s why we worked and invested so we can live where we want to!
Pass on all. Thx
Dear Forbes: If there is a crime issue it CANNOT be listed as a best place to retire

Las Cruces is a depressing place! Several challenging cities in this video, Fargo is freezing, Las Cruces is depressing. Only Savannah us fabulous ❤

After: All cities suck. We'll stay put! 😞
Spokane and Fargo? Okay, somebody at Forbes got paid tonnes of money to write that!
The 3 places listed are ridiculously priced!

So the best places to retire are mostly crime-ridden? Great choices.
I don’t like these cities. How about cities with low taxes, crime, home prices and cost of living, with good health care and moderate climate.
VICTORIA CARMEN SANTAELLA is the licensed advisor I use. Just search the name. You’d find necessary details to work with to set up an appointment.
