Personally not hating I really didn’t get this tutorial at all and I ending up falling really badly. She got it super easily because she is really good at it. For me, I move my leg up but not straightened . The. When I straightened, then I kick my leg up simultaneously. You have to kick up really hard so what u have to aim for is to go straight down and don’t lean to the side if not you will fall really really badly. That’s what happened, really! Once u get to a handstand , DONT worry if u fall back down since u can try again ! ALL THE BEST

A good strategy to kickover is to rock you back and forth and try to kick over and make sure when you try to kick over your leaning your upper body towards the ground as much as you can I got my back bend kickover from those strategies yesterday

And I couldn't do it without object),I tried whit a spot (I can do it then),I tried walking to my hands,I tried ALL streches in tutorials......... I just CAN'T do it. I tried a backbend kickover millon times and today too. Please HELP. I'm practicing it for like 4 months. But last month I decided to do it EVERYDAY.

It's probably because you find it hard to kick up when completely on the floor instead of have some power or momentum with a back walkover but keep trying I'm sure you'll get it soon :)
Actually, I changed my mind. Out of fear and the fact that I'm overweight, I'm gonna learn the handstand first and become comfortable with that then kickover and walkover.
I just want to say your legs don't have to be straight when you just start out you can bend them but when you get better and better you can straighten your legs

Hi Kristi I know you don't need much tips considering how amazing you are.. but when you do the Seal Stretch, make sure your legs are together for a better stretch. Xx

Is it weird that I can do a back walkover but can't do a backbend kick over?
Miniie Mouse not really. Backbend kickovers require more force with your core and hands. Backwalkovers need an even amount of force.
