    Thank you for the amazing video. The internet is full of Doctors who claim that prostaglandin eyebrow growth serums can cause fat loss around the eyes. Is it true?

      Prostaglandin based treatments do seem to help but needs to be the formulations mentioned in the video.

      Yes, there is a possibility of recurrence of hair loss once stopped. It may need to be continued long term. There is no good data on this at present.

    Sir i had eyebrow transplant 2yrs back and the eyebrow hairs having gaps...so the dermatologist suggested me bimatoprost ophthalmic solution is it good to use??

      There is scientific literature that suggests its efficacy so your doctor is right.

    Sir if i stop using minoxidil + finasteride solution after starting minoxidil tab, then how to substitute finasteride??

      Topical finasteride is probably a good substitute for oral finasteride.

    Hi sir, namasthe, iam suffering with scalp folluculitis from 5years,recently taking minocyclins 45 Er, dapsone 50mg, due to that side effects of migraine and hypertension,occured my age is 25,but during usage of minocycline my scalp folluculitis are in control, but at present after stoppage of this scalp gets worsen and tried with accutane also not helped to me, could you please give any suggestion sir, iam in hopeless situation help me pls

      There are various reasons for folliculitis and it can be difficult to manage at times. All the treatments you have mentioned seem very reasonable. We may need to consider pityrosporum folliculitis as a possible diagnosis too. Here is a video on it
