- A year or so after our ever so cheesy "The Best Cheese Curds in Wisconsin" came out (you can watch it here: • The Best Cheese Curds ... ,) we make our way to Nasonville Dairy to meet the Heiman family and the master cheesemaker there, Ken. We got a full tour of the plant and learned about how they make all of our cheese dreams come true. We feel so, so lucky to have been able to spend the day with Ken, learning all about his craft and the art and science of cheesemaking. We even left with some goodies and life lessons.
