I really like your video. I would like permission to use it during our cheese making orientation in our company. We have two cheese plants in Wisconsin and this would fit in perfectly. Can you tell me how I could get permission to use this? I am happy to give all credits to those who created this.
No-one can say who makes the best cheese as it's down to personal taste. I know nothing of percentages regarding exports / imports but here in the UK we have hundreds of wonderful regional cheeses. Nearly every county has its own cheese, eg: Cheddar, Dorset blue, Shropshire blue, Caerphilly, blue Stilton, Swaledale, Cornish Yarg, Red Leicester, Lincolnshire Poacher to mention just a few. There are hundreds to choose from, I'm sure they are all excellent!
Note exactly true. Yes you can Not say For example Emmentaler is The best or so. But you can judge it by Witcher Emmentaler is The best Emmentaler. Thats posible. But IT IS very hard
