- Hands down, one of the most economical cuts of meat, the classic pork loin is one of my favorites. And if you're looking for a cool way of cooking it, you came to the right place. Cut it, braid it, and throw it on the grill!
It's super easy to make and looks awesome when finished! And there's usually a ton of leftovers for lunch or dinner the next day! In this recipe I finished it off with a delicious, homemade chipotle bbq sauce. Sweet, spicy, smokey, this braided pork loin was absolutely perfect.

That has become a classic since I've seen your video... Love it!!!
I’m doing this today but seasoning each braid different. Jalapeno garlic, sweet bbq rub and bacon!
This was a big hit for Thanksgiving. Thank you for the detailed tutorial.
One of my favorite cuts, highly underrated
💯
Wow gotta try this! TFS
It's so good and looks great too
Awesome videos and recipes
New Sub. That looks terrific. Pork loin is so underated when fixed properly. I've also done them (brined) low smoked for 2-3 hours, into a pan with broth, onion, elephant garlic and W sauce, covered tight and left in the oven overnight at 180F. Temps between 200 to 207, rest awhile, and it is still tender & juicy.
This helps so much! Thank you!
Looks delicious 😋
Thanks! It came out great!
Looks awesome. Ive got to try that
It's a good one 👍
Looks great!
Would like to see whether brining would make a difference. Pork chops and smaller loins definitely benefit from a few hours in a salty apple brine.
As long as you cook at the right temp and remove early enough, you'll get nice and tender meat every time.
Cooking this soon what would you recommend temp for a pellet cooker still 300? Or lower
Looks delicious. I plan aon trying this for the first time. What temp range did you use in your green egg? 250-275? I'll be using a Weber Kettle. Thank you for sharing.
I'm doing this today actually...
