Thank you so much! I am struggling with my GS02F crossed with Ascent Fusion build. Not on the body stage yet, lack of tooling blocks me on gearbox. Seeing how cool your rigs are gives me a bit more motivation to keep doing mine.

The body is in fact huge and also very very heavy. If someone could come with a better solution for an xj hard body I would run one. Just too thick and bolts together in sections. Also the MJ version in not a correct MJ.
Great video my dude! I learned something new about the Stealth X/XF in a hardbody application. Also, I would totally take a Honda Civic on the Rubicon, while playing with dolls. I have a 6" Captain Spaulding figure and a 7" Predator figure in my small tire TF2 Marlin, I did surgery to make them both fit, but the size difference actually looks scale good in the truck.
Awesome! Just do a search for mego 8" action figure on Amazon or EBay and a bunch will pop up. I've got Chachi from Happy Days, a couple guys from planet of the Apes, Al Bundy, and a couple of Star Trek guys.
Thanks for the video. I want to put the Mojave 2 door (probably make it cab only) onto my Vanquish Fordyce chassis. Do you make mounts for this application?
Awesome dude! Awesome product and better yet awesome video!!😁
thanks bud!!
Good video. A great all around truck is a hard body on a vrd kit using shrink mounts., kills lines and looks good doing it.
@@NTX_RC excellent! What body are you running and tire size?
Agree!
Awesome video 😄 very informative
Excited to start my first hardbody this winter.
be careful hard bodies are addictive
So much knowledge, this is golden! Great content.

Always good to see you sharing your knowledge brother.

I just realized that you are the guy who makes the body mounts I been buying from amain. Nice work by the way
😃that's me! Thank you!
He is THE GUY!
@@crawlingri 🤣
Ill be ordering some stuff from you soon.
Have you considered making body mounts for the XJ hard bodies? The included setup is kinda garbage.
I know they are pretty bad. It's just that body is huge and I haven't been able to come up with a good solution.

The Tamiya driver with the "action figure" head of your choice is good fitting light weight driver option.
@@NTX_RC true! Great idea.
How do you purchase the action figures from the Mego website?
I always buy them on Ebay or Amazon!
@@shrinkrc got it, thank you!
@@shrinkrc I appreciate your videos! Learned a few tricks and tips from your videos, like don't shake the marker lights paint!
Yup, hobbywing pro in everything. Lol.
#1 motor sold by far.
It really is the best thing since sliced bread. Game changer as far as I am concerned...powerful, super control, efficient, couldn't ask for more.
Do u have a link for the "action figures" lol great vid BTW got my 3rd set of mounts headed my way

I need a Traxxas clip less body mount to adapt to a flat rail.
I wont't be messing with the clipless system. Traxxas has patents on that I think, and they are very protective of patents🤣
Sweet
I play with dolls too 👍
🤣🤣🤣
There not dolls dude! Stop bugging me.. I dont play with dolls.
Shut up. No your crying, I'm not crying.
Your crying. 😂
