I have a question for you, my house is located across the street from Rock Hill (back of the house is on Coit). So with the new school and them building out commercial right there as well. Will this hurt or help the value of my home? Trying to decide if it is time to move or not.
Well, there are never any guarantees. Any house backed up to commercial or a busy road is usually considered less desirable but that doesn't mean you'll lose value. Your home should keep up with the neighborhood as a whole, but if someone has another option at the same time and the other house is not backed up to a busy street, they will likely choose that one.
