Is there a way to set the added printer as the default via gpo or other centralized ways?

When you add new printer into Printer Management successful , No need to open GPO for config but you can right click on new printer then select "Deploy with group policy"

Honestly, its a very nice video overall, however as everyone else have been saying getting a microphone so you can explain in depths what you're doing would be preferred.
