I have a question for the 15 to 45 mh would it hold up to 40 pound tuna? Also on the website it dosent say the lure wait and if I’m planning to fish from shore can it still cast far enough irons and stuff
I've used these rods already. To cast far from shore you need heavy lead as they're not long. I did horse in a stingray using live crab & a hammerhead shark. No contest. I think the new 12ft Solaris Surf Rod would be better for shore casting. I got these rods to use as rail rods, jig rods, off the rocks type of rod. Even trolling rods. These are impressive rods i must admit. Puts my customized 4 Ballistics from years ago further back into my storage locker.
Im a little confused on the specs of the okuma pch (XXXXH) rods, Tackle Direct says the power is XXXXH #150-#200 with a type F handle but OutdoorProshop says the XXXXH has a XXXH power #80-#130 with a type B handle. Also what does the F handle look like and how long is the foregrip?
