I assumed that Widow's Venom Mine actually released a cloud of highly corrosive nanomachines. That's why they also reveal the location of anyone affected by them. It works on omnics because it's not poison, its millions of tiny little robots that are eating them. As for how widow's teammates can see through walls, Widow's just telling them where the enemies are.

Hanzo, as seen in the cinematic short, clearly runs out of arrows. However, those are arrows, not bullets, so they run out faster due to their size. Blizzard made them infnite so players won't get into the legolas/haweye runs out of arrows scenario. As for Dva, her mech could be specialized in using special energy that doesn't require charging. I know this is a joke, but I'm still gonna reply it as of it was for real. (also you say hanzo has infinte ammo, but not any of the other heroes that take endless clips out of nowhere every 10 seconds?)

Well mate, as we have seen, 3D printers are a thing in our world, in Overwatch's world they have some sort of technology that creates things out of pure light (Every Symmetra’s abilities are exactly that) so it's not hard to imagine that in this future everyone carries around some sort of "ammo printer" or they create them with other kind of sources, like Orisa reloading her ammo by charging her weapon with light or Torb charging it with molten iron. So i guess Hanzo just have some sort of "hardlight printer" that provides the arrows.

I get that but to run it's not all in the legs. Your heart, lungs, the rest of your muscles are working too while you run- stamina is key. A 60-year-old man (on the super soldier program or not) is going to run out of breath like the rest of us, probably quicker.

One explanation is that most of them have a lot of gear that would weigh them down. There are only a couple of heroes like Hanzo that this explanation doesn't make sense for.
