    Sir tempering means reheating the meterial and then cooling itself in room temperature

    Good video but you made a mistake when you talked about quenching you said it increases the hardness and reduces brittleness which is not accurate as the hardness increases brittleness also increases

    After Quenching hardness of material wil increases as well as brittleness also increase but ductility of the material decreases.. isnt it?

      Hi its really affected on its property. As colling rate creat structure of material so if rate change then we would not receive required property.
