Here's my maggi recipe: so first make a paste of 1 onion, 2 small stalks of lemongrass (optional) 1 green chilli, 4 cloves garlic and a little bit of water. Now in a pan add oil and veggies of your choice i added capsicum, carrot and Boiled baby corns now add salt and sautè it. Now in another pan add oil and that paste which you made add maggi masala and besan, a little bit of water and then add coconut milk, now assemble, in a bowl add boiled maggi that khaosway which you made and veggies. Youu have to try this it tastes really amazingg❤😋

I am Daksha I just binge watched all the videos of this series and it tempted me to share my maggie recipe too so here we go, Daksha's Machurian sauce maggie -: (Except there's no manchurian lol) Heat up the utensil and add some oil, toss in some finely chopped green chillis, minced garlic and ginger according to taste, add in the onions and let them caramalize half way and then add in chopped cabbage and finely sliced carrots. Let them cook properly until edible (lol), add some finely sliced capsicum, and tomato purée and then add in salt according to taste. Add the maggie masala, a little bit of chilli powder and dhaniya powder and let it simmer for a while and then add a tea spoon of schezwan sauce, a tea spoon of regular tomato ketchup and one and a half tea spoon of dark soy sauce, add a tea spoon of sugar and sesame seeds accordingly and mix well (this sauce mix is for one portion only) then add in the boiled maggie to this whole gravy, if u want it soupy, add some maggie water. Garnish with green onions and ready to serve. I know it takes a lot but is worth it. This is originally a the recipe I made for my manchurian gravy, I had some leftover so I added in the boiled maggie and masala, I hope you enjoy it! I really love your videos, I found u when I searched up for a tteokbokki recipe and I loved yours! Much love and support❤
I tried puffcorn Maggie yesterday and since I knew about the texture issue I used more water and also topped it with some onions cucumbers chilli flakes. And trust me it turned out so fricking good 😭💙

The 2nd ONE: you going to need : Noodles Tomatoe Onion Peppers of your liking :) Method: So first boil ur 2 packets of noodles and wait until noodles look like glass noodles and are coated w water. While you wait, cut and prep you vegetables into small pieces so that they cook faster. After your done cutting noodles should be done if not keep on gas/stove. You then want to start cooking your vegetables until they get soft. This is how: add butter your preferred steel bowl (or whatever you want to fry vegetables in) and then add roughly 2 teaspoons of Jira with a dash of Asa phobia (yellow powder) then add all ur vegetables cover and let them boil until soft while u wait for the, to boil make sure ur Maggi noodles DO NOT HAVE ALOT OF WATER AND DO NOT ADD THE MASALA PACKET YET! once vegetables are soft then add masala packet and stir briefly and add ur noodles in make sure the noodles are coated with the delicious spicy masala packet serve hot and enjoy :)

I wanted to share with you my maggi recipe and wanted you to try it in your next video as I am impatient for knowing your opinion.🦋 Here is the recipe Take tofu and cut it into small pieces like very small I mean and then roast it (Use oil). Now Take some garlic and roast it too so that it becomes soft. To it add some maggie masala , Salt , onion powder ( optional) and some soy sauce . Mix that into the boiled maggie and add tofu too . Hi shivangi , I hope u are well and doing good. I wanted to share with you my maggi recipe and wanted you to try it in your next video as I am impatient for knowing your opinion.🦋
Here is the recipe
Take tofu and cut it into small pieces like very small I mean and then roast it (Use oil). Now Take some garlic and roast it too so that it becomes soft. To it add some maggie masala , Salt , onion powder ( optional) and some soy sauce . Mix that into the boiled maggie and add tofu too .
Serve it will some coriander and enjoy !!!
