guys for the lemon chilli maggi, just an advice : never squeeze lemon into hot foods. It works against your health. (as per ayurveda). Let the food cool down, then top it with lemon❤
My recipe for part two💁🏻♀️ Take oil, Add garlic-ginger paste and then Add chopped green chilli, cabbage, onion and saute, Add Maggie masala, salt, red chillie powder, turmeric powder, red chillie sauce, soy sauce & shezwan sauce/tomato ketchup, Mix it well & add add boiled maggie😌 Enjoy your chinese style noodles This works for pasta too
So first of all, I am very lazy but I am still adding this recipe in the comments cuz your ratings of the maggis were the same as I had rated them in my mind and so I realised that u and I have quite a similar taste pallete. So here is my go-to Maggi recipe for u and even if u are not able to shoot this recipe, do try it, and let me know what u think of it. I really feel u'll love it. MEDITERRANEAN WHITE SAUCE GARLIC MAGGI These measurements are for 2 packs of 70g Maggi pack cuz that's how much I usually cook for my sister and myself. So u nicely crush 10-12 large cloves of garlic and a little 1cm long piece of ginger together. Take 4 green chillies and chop them(adjust according to ur spice tolerance, we have a high one) Add 2 tbsp. mustard oil(trust me) to ur pan and cumin seeds to it, then saute the chillies, garlic and ginger. Chop up onions and capsicums(preferably in julians) and add them to the pan, once they are golden add small paneer(cottage cheese) cubes and fry until everything in nicely golden-brown. Get rid of the stems of coriander and chop up the leaves and add those too, here, we go by the more the merrier. Add some salt to it and add one packet of additional Maggi masala-e-magic(the 5 rupee one u can buy separately from the market). Saute for 30secs and add 650-700ml of water(I love soupy Maggi and which is why we are gonna add extra masala to prevent it from going bland). Let the water come to a boil and add in your noodle cakes. Now, add your Maggi tastemaker and one more pack of maggi masala-e-magic. Now immediately add 4 slices or cubes of processed cheese(I think Amul cheese is the best). Add some chilli flakes and oregano. If you have green or black olives at hand u can add those too but it's optional You can add one tbsp of veg mayonnaise here, but that again is optional. Cover the pan and let your noodles cook, and the noodles are ready. If you like spicy food, you can add a little teaspoon of chilli powder while frying you veggies or add some chilli oil to your noodles at the end. If u have pickled jalapaneos with you eat them with your noodles the way Koreans eat kimchi with their ramyeon. It give such a good kick to the Maggi. 🙃😊💜
You gotta do the South Indian one dry and not wet!! Trust me!! Let the noodles cook and soak the water(add little water only) like 80% and then add masala n chilli powder! And let the curry leaves sauté for a bit before adding in water
Okay so i searched for perfect maggi recipe and found this after scrolling a little. My maggi needed a change 😤 and this video does justice to it. I'll try making the first 2 and edit my comment after. Thanks for this video ❤ Edit: Made the lemon coriander maggi and it was truly a flavour bomb. Though the lemon was too much (I put only half lemon as suggested) So if anyone is reading this, use a litttttle Less lemon. For me this was 8/10. But the change of taste is really good.

Hi shivangi try South Indian maggi with some changes by adding some onion slices, chana dal and urad dal with some chilli powder/flakes while tempering and then add water and maggi.. It tastes soo yumm.. 🤤 Hope you’ll try this 😊
and also dont use too much mustard and curry leaves... just enough mustard and curry leaves. This south indian maggi is my go to. I add a pinch of salt as well.
hewwo, i just stumbled upon this vid and found it, i also have a recipe, if someone tries it, please tell me how it tastes, ingredients - 1 capsicum chopped 1 onion [relatively small depending on portion this is one person so yeah...] chopped 1/2 tomato chopped a tsp of catch or dr oetker's schezwan sauce [if u cant find it fine u can also use ching's] maggi 1 pack magic masala packet [yk those extra ones] salt chilli powder any oil besides refined since it makes the taste bad recipe - first boil the noodles, while they are boiling turn on the other gas and heat up the oil on medium low heat and after the oil is on the heat for about a min and then add ur maggi masala with ur magic masala in the oil, it will sizzle a bit, and then add the onion and capsicum IN UNDER 10 SECONDS else the oil will burn and u will eat burnt noodles, then just stir them untill the veggies a bit dark brownish now add the tomatoes, the tomato's water must be drained else u will get a lot of sizzle and potentially burn urself, happened to me too hehe, so now after adding those tomatoes just stir them and salt, a bit after that add ur szechwan sauce and mix it well, then look at ur boiled noodles, drain them [ i will prob boil the noodles before hand] and then add them. u can also use green chillies, i havent tried those so yeahhhhh. add hari hari dhaniya [fek ke marneka] and then garam garam meggi will be served [this is my szechwan maggi]
i make my noodles just like the 1st one and trust me they taste really good !!! like if you haven't tried them you gotta try it out it is gonna be so worth it!!!
I tried the chilli cheese maggi except no cheese and cooked the noodles in the sause with some extra water it was so spicy ans sooo goooddd Yea and some chicken masala too I don't know if it did anything 🐣
You can make chilli oil maggi very easily tho, this is what i do: Boil maggi Then take a bowl and add chopped/pressed garlic then add soy sauce, red chilli sauce, tomato ketchup (optional), sesame seeds, chilli flakes(optional), oregano, black pepper and maggi masala obviously, boil some oil in a pan and pour it into the masala mixture you made and mix it and then add your maggi, you dont have to sauté veggies in this recipe it might sound like it'll take an hour to make but trust me when you make it for the first time itll take 30 mins but once u get the hang of it itll only take 15-20 mins which is pretty less than compared to these recipes that you've tried This is optional: you can add mushrooms in this maggi
Hii I'm Aliya here It's my personal Maggi recipe - 1step = take Pani Puri wala Pani in a pan around 2 cups 2step = add maggi 3step = add salt and Maggi masala, red chilli powder 4step = add vinegar 1 tb spoon 5step = let it cook for 3-4 minutes 6step = ready to serve And it's called Pani Puri maggi Please try this one it's definitely worth it Thank you
Idk if it's coincidence or something but I make my Maggie exactly like coriander Maggie. But I don't use lemon. I used lemon only for two times. To the creator of this Maggie recipe " girl we have the same brain cells "
I tried the lemon, coriander one and to be honest ' I hate it' maybe it's just me , but I have to admit that it was soo bad that I only had one spoon and it took me one hour to make that. I had high expectations for it. (Just my opinion, don't take it to heart)
My recipe (no name) 1. Boil the maggi (without masala) 2. Chop onions, chilli (you can add tomato if you want) 3. Fry them till brown 4. Add boiled maggi 5. Put masala 6. Mix 7. Enjoy You can put egg also it tastes so gud
HERES MINE! TRY IT ITS BASIC BUT YUM. Boil the noodles Throw the extra water the noodles should be dry Put some milk in it. Add the masla and black pepper. And some chilli flakes. Thn put some tiny bits of green chilly.
I tried the lemon coriander maggi! It was suprisingly so sweet even though we added chilli flakes and hot sauce which in the final product, had 0 flavour in it!! But it was soo good and VERY stuffy Tip: If you use 2 maggi packets, only add 1 maggi seasoning and same for 4 (2 seasoning packets)
i rated your maggi recipes to find the best one pt.02 👑

So here is my go-to Maggi recipe for u and even if u are not able to shoot this recipe, do try it, and let me know what u think of it. I really feel u'll love it.
MEDITERRANEAN WHITE SAUCE GARLIC MAGGI
These measurements are for 2 packs of 70g Maggi pack cuz that's how much I usually cook for my sister and myself.
So u nicely crush 10-12 large cloves of garlic and a little 1cm long piece of ginger together. Take 4 green chillies and chop them(adjust according to ur spice tolerance, we have a high one)
Add 2 tbsp. mustard oil(trust me) to ur pan and cumin seeds to it, then saute the chillies, garlic and ginger.
If you have green or black olives at hand u can add those too but it's optional
You can add one tbsp of veg mayonnaise here, but that again is optional.

Then take a bowl and add chopped/pressed garlic then add soy sauce, red chilli sauce, tomato ketchup (optional), sesame seeds, chilli flakes(optional), oregano, black pepper and maggi masala obviously, boil some oil in a pan and pour it into the masala mixture you made and mix it and then add your maggi, you dont have to sauté veggies in this recipe it might sound like it'll take an hour to make but trust me when you make it for the first time itll take 30 mins but once u get the hang of it itll only take 15-20 mins which is pretty less than compared to these recipes that you've tried
This is optional: you can add mushrooms in this maggi
Can we have a series of no oven baking recipes

It is really hard to defeat chilli oil. It just opens up flavours and you can level up further.
Hii
I'm Aliya here
It's my personal Maggi recipe - 1step = take Pani Puri wala
Pani in a pan around 2 cups
2step = add maggi
3step = add salt and Maggi masala, red chilli powder
4step = add vinegar 1 tb spoon 5step = let it cook for 3-4 minutes
6step = ready to serve
And it's called Pani Puri maggi
Please try this one it's definitely worth it
Thank you
Idk if it's coincidence or something but I make my Maggie exactly like coriander Maggie.
My recipe (no name)
1. Boil the maggi (without masala)
2. Chop onions, chilli (you can add tomato if you want)
3. Fry them till brown
4. Add boiled maggi
5. Put masala
6. Mix
7. Enjoy
You can put egg also it tastes so gud
Thanks ❤

I tried the lemon coriander maggi! It was suprisingly so sweet even though we added chilli flakes and hot sauce which in the final product, had 0 flavour in it!! But it was soo good and VERY stuffy
Tip: If you use 2 maggi packets, only add 1 maggi seasoning and same for 4 (2 seasoning packets)
