    I love the hard starts to get my HR up and then I try to hold it as long as I can at 103% critical power. I call this workout "Hold it!"
    Sometimes I make a rest minute. But it's a tradeoff because now I have to do the hard start again to get the HR up. I almost find it easier to just powering through without rest.
    That gives me quality vo2max of 10-15min. Way better quality than the 4x4 workout.

      @windar2390 I'd definitely recommend without the rest if possible, but it's a great session!

      Definitely. We'll get you doing max leg press for 2min. Could even do your Z2 on it if we take enough weight off I reckon
