- Gonzo the cat loves to bring his humans' trash as gifts every day. One day, his dad decided to make him a tiny camera for his collar to see what exactly Gonzo was up to each day. He discovered that not only was Gonzo picking up trash for them, but meeting a bunch of different animal friends, including the neighbor's cat!

The probing ones are more flat and don't raise in pitch like this one did.

His gifts are actually smart when you think about it. I mean , when they bring in groceries or the like what is he seeing? plastic and paper and cardboard and so on. Makes perfect sense for him to bring in what he sees the owner carry in, thinking they value it for some reason. He doesn't understand why his humans want these things, but he is trying to bring in the same type of things the owner does to contribute.

I legit felt *so* bad for Gonzo when he found the perfect trash gift for Simone, thinking that *this* time for sure he'd win her affection, only to be promptly rejected once again. The way that he just sadly dropped the gift when he realized that she had ditched him, looking around and mewing pathetically for her was absolutely heartbreaking. 😭💔

I had a cat, Ace and he was a "cat burgler!" He stole keys, coins, pens, hair clips, small combs, jewelry, socks and foil paper, He had a nest of his plundered loot under the couch. I miss him every day, He lived to 18 years. One day he came down the stairs with one of my "unmentionables" in his mouth!

The baby possum was so sweet. He didn't know he was going to have his picture taken. This is such extraordinary cat who's taking care of the neighborhood trash. So glad he didn't hurt the possum. My cat wouldn't hurt a mouse. He's just very strange 😕🤔
Nice. I do notice there are both extremes of personality in cats too: the ones that are super gentler (also, well fed cats do not prey on other animals... I noticed because i was trying to help some lizards and toads in my yard, and the neighbors' cats did not try to hunt them, just pass them by)... And on the other hand i have met a catwho have "alpha lion" attitute (aka, he tortured newborn kittens for fun, and hurt his siblings).That's the one cat that i dont know what happened to him but he was truly cruel 😳 which was weird because he was brothers with other super friendly cats... 🤔 Maybe random psychos exists on all species but we don't notice

That was actually pretty cool, kind of like watching your child and they don't know it, It was nice to see his unguarded personality of just being himself. It definitely gives you an insightful understanding of the true qualities in your pet, helps you to love him just that much more behind-the-scenes for what he has already done.

My boi is like this. I let him outside and he just chills with the birds and possums. He will lie on top of our outdoor table getting some sun and the cheeky birds will come down and try to play-peck him and he just takes it. Not all cats are killers.

I've never seen a cat not want to chase / kill / eat everything it's able to. That baby opossum was lucky. He's definitely a thoughtful caring puddycat...he didn't even kill the bug. LOL
@@JoBlo321 I've read some studies in USA that tracked about 250 cats, said about 48% of them hunt if they see the preys, the others don't. For me it's ok if they hunt because they're still animals and do what they're born for

My neighbor's cat that likes me brought me moles that he caught. He left me a mole near my front door right by my flower pots. I threw it across the street in the woods. In 2 days, a mole was outside my apt. in the exact same place. Other neighbors that the cat liked said he left birds at their door. Gonzo is not bringing the right gifts to the lady cat. Not plastic! He needs to bring her something more a cat would like such as a bird or chipmunk. I'm so impressed and inspired by Gonzo picking up litter.
That cat deserves a medal for helping out the planet by picking up trash and giving it to the owner(s). We as humans should take notes from this cat.

This reminds me of my situation. I bought a girl some flowers, and I told her I had them at my house which was a mile away from her job. So I ran to my house to get the flowers as fast as I could and went back to her work. But by the time I got there she was gone...

@@Square1nes maybe not! Our cat Runty brings birds in the house, always alive, and let's them go. Most times it's a challenge catching them to return outside. Once she even brought a baby mouse in the kitchen. It was so cute, I caught it and returned it outside.

What a sweetheart! It´s really adorable how affectionate and "loving and giving" he is! Our dog was also a drop-off that we took in. He was also so affectionate. When students/friends/guests came to the house they were welcomed and received either a bone or a toy of his, before he took another for himself and curled up with it on his bed. Most people didn´t even notice and just ignored the "gift". I had to tell them and make sure they knew...! Animals are so very loving, we don´t even realize most of the time!
At the very least, he's doing the community a service. Environmentally.

In my experience with tabbers they REALLY are chatty. I’ve never had a quiet tabby. I’ve had three and a half of them. (The “half” one was more white body with tabby spots!)

That “spy camera” he ‘created’ is a readily available small action camera made by Insta360. He fashioned it to the cat’s collar.

Love this cat… It’s so interesting to see how cats nature and nurture adapt to their environment. So instead of catching critters he has his instinct to care for his loved one. I just think it’s adorable and I think it says so much for how animals and humans adapt together. I am in the veterinarian field. So I see so much and it just blows my mind I’m 72 so from my first cat to the cats I have today how much they have adapted into our environment. I think it’s amazing. So he’s not catching and killing things he’s bringing you gifts without doing that. Anyway … Life is amazing

I remember my boy at home, he desperately in love with this female stray cat and gets rejected, while there are other female cats, whom in my opinion, are way better than her, but then, who can fake love anyway LOL..
