    ABSTRACT:
The presentation will deal mostly with methodology, strategy and tactics of astronomical kind to take measurements of UAPs, and with some theories and hypotheses regarding the phenomenon. This lecture will deal mainly about the following points:
    1. Use of astronomy-like sensors to acquire scientific data on UAP phenomena.
    2. Strategy of sensor utilization.
    3. Physics information that can be obtained.
    4. Present work with Project Hessdalen, Norway.
    5. Some important results from the past field research carried out in Hessdalen and in other parts of the world.
    6. Statistics deduced from witness reports and choice of locations for scientific measurements.
    7. Crucial locations in the world where the phenomenon is more recurrent.
    8. Theories and hypotheses about the nature of the phenomenon.
    9. Lessons learnt from past research on UAPs and guidance for future research.
    10. The role of astronomy in the search for possible ET visitation. Strategies of observation: the SETV Project.
    11. Search for unidentified artifacts on our planet.
    12. An important proposed investigation using medium-resolution spectroscopy on high-luminosity UAP phenomena.
    13. The importance of the witness and its possible interaction with the phenomenon.
The intent of this presentation is to try to show how the well-known scientific method can potentially help us to find some hints on the UAP phenomenon. Quantitative rigor is absolutely demanded, and an open mind as well. Having always in mind that our possible success will probably deal only with the tip of an iceberg, not with the entire iceberg. Shaping our research project anthropomorphically will bring us nowhere. But being able to interpret numerically the obtained data (through appropriate sensors) might be an encouraging advancement.
