My 89 has the original spare and it's a Uniroyal Tigerpaw. I believe a lot of GM trucks came with Uniroyals of some kind. Even though your tire probably isn't factory, it's still pretty old considering it doesn't have a date code. I believe the DOT numbers started sometime in the 2000s. I forget which year.

Mine was a nightmare to peel off. It was all reinforced with angle brackets and rusted locked up nuts&bolts 😂

They arnt torque thrusts just a similar style
They are 20x8 in the front and 20x10 in the rear.
