    Can you actually put all those exercises in one full workout program? So we can read it and preform it at gym

      You can always structure your own using these workouts. Get a notebook and write them all down. Works well for me. Throw them in on an active rest day or something.

    Guys, as Chris points out @2.12 of the video, you need to put that muscle on shtretch. Don't put the muscle on stretch, because that is wrong. You need to put the muscle on shhtretch!
