    Do you know any coaches that uses vertical integration periodization? You're the only one I saw using this and I completely agree with this method. Most of the strength and conditioning coach I know uses the traditional block periodization. Great content indeed 👏👏👏

      I believe the concept of vertical integration was developed by Charlie Francis 👍

    Hi! Great great great video! It has helped me a lot. Question? Is there a video on how to format the spreadsheet? I’m a little stuck at adding the weeks and competitions. How do I format the cells and cell sizes? Thanks again!

      difficult to explain, but basically you just need to adjust the size of the columns and merge cells. you can also purchase a similar annual plan excel template on the Flow High Performance website if your interested.

      I don't know anyone providing strength & conditioning content for combat sport unfortunately.
      However, I have had many people ask about this so I will eventually make some videos about it once i learn more

    What do you think about deceleration quality... do we need to train this quality in soccer?

      Yes, but I think you will get enough deceleration work from soccer practice & matches already 👍

    Good video! Very informative. Question: Is the speed training considered conditioning or is all the conditioning done within the skills practice? Or perhaps is the conditioning done separate (before or after the individual days)? I'm curious to know.

      No, speed training is separate from conditioning. Conditioning can generally be performed completely within the skill practice sessions.
      If extra conditioning work wants to be implemented, it should be separated from speed training
