It is an inductive load, which means it has counter voltage and a total impedance that is needed to know the current draw. Basically, you use an amp clamp and measure the magnetic field to know a motors current draw.

How did you get 51.9 Ohms ? Normally motor winding resistance will be very low which mean 0.5 ohms to almost below ten ohms.
For 3kW motor winding resistance is actually less than 10ohm
