Before 6:46 I noticed something and I was gonna komment this anyway. TK don't rely on the "hit the box" you're out thing, you have to protect yourself up there on the mound. The way you pitch, you are asking to be tattooed. When you follow through with your right foot and your stance afterwards, you are exposed to getting hit. Try this instead, toe the rubber with your left foot with your right behind you or even to throw off the timing here and there of the batter, toe the rubber with your right foot(now you are a few feet from where you would be with with your left foot on the rubber) and your left in front of you.. You kan even toe the rubber with your left foot and have your right out shoulder's width and use your arm strength to pitch. All I'm saying is, these are ways you kan be in a better defensive position IN KASE a ball komes back at you. I mean even if the batter is technically out, that rule won't stop that ball from hitting you.
