I do a lot of sewing and quilting. So I do a lot of cutting. If I might suggest. True grip makes little tabs that stick to the back side of your ruler and helps hold the ruler while you cut. It is a wonderful aide. Thank you for what you do.
I love your process but one thing you can slice one side and then line it up against the white area until it u can't see it then place tape on both ends and turn it over then tape all the way up the slip.

I don't know of another printer that does the same exact thing out of the box. Other printers are capable but you have to convert them and adjust settings in your printing software to get good prints and with this one it's pretty simple using the software provided by sawgrass. . I can't really give accurate information on equipment I don't have. I only have this sublimation printer.
From Creator space? Creator space is not really a graphic design program. It has very limited function when it comes to graphic design. The designs you upload into it can be downloaded in .png format but they have creative studio water marks all over them. I do believe if you upgrade you gain more functions but I have no idea what those functions are.
I made this one from scratch. Thanks. Occasionally i get designs from Vexels (affiliate link in description) but generally Only I can make what I want.
No, not really. It is a good software if you want some text Ona shirt or has tools to add shapes etc. but unfortunately it can’t compare to Photoshop, illustrator or in design image manipulation softwares.
I don’t know because I’ve never had it. I do know it is discontinued. They replaced it with the sg500. I’ve never used the sg400 so I couldn’t give you advice on it. Sorry.

I got the blue heat tape from JoAnne fabric when I couldn't find my red amazon heat tape.
My table im not sure. It was a gift.

Scale your image to the size you want it to be and it will print that size.

The butcher paper on this inside stop the inks once turned to gas from sublimating onto the back of the shirt.
