What's great about this time is FINALLY, DTG manufacturers/owners are rediscovering the greatness of sublimation. It's funny to me because we started with just sublimation. and mugs, tshirts, puzzles, and countless other products. They were always big sellers. Not to mention the custom mask craze for the pandemic(I literally killed last year) . I love getting emails from(I'm not gonna say their names) BIG DTG printer company's who now promote & sell sublimation printers and blanks while totally neglecting their bread & butter....the DTG machine.

I have never had an issue with mine. I have two of them and between all of my different methods the sublimation printers sit sometimes and I never have any issues.

I’m not sure what you mean by without slice. But you don’t need print and cut if you are sublimating. Only the colored image sublimates on to the substrate. Print and cut is an entirely different process with a different machine.

Hello, can you do a video about the ink for the sg1000? I’m having issues, want to use refillable cartridges but can not find the empty refillable ones that match. Thanks
I did a video on the sg500/sg1000’s ink and how long it lasts. I don’t recommend using any ink other than sawgrass approved ink. It voids your warrantee and it doesn’t last as long. You will end up spending just as much money replacing cartridges or buying more refillable inks more often. I highly recommend using quality ink. Try it out and see for yourself if you would like. The ink last longer and you get better prints. Generic inks run out faster and are less vibrant.
